It really surprise how invested I was about Naruto's story about never giving up in the beginning and that was it. While I did find Sakura and Sasuke interesting characters back then, but never did I give a damn about pairings. part 2 came around and I had the same thought, and then came the part where naruto went 4 tails and that's when I saw te chemistry between the two and I felt something too. Plus there were moments that continued to show up as well but never did the pairing became my top priority. The CPR scene came years later and no way in hell did I think Kishi set this up just to strip all of that away from us. Something keeps telling me that NaruSaku meant something more to KISHI there was no way he couldn't just be that stupid. Then after all the interviews I had enough of it enough of defending Kishi.

The only thing Naruto related that'll continue to stck with me is RTN, part 1, and Part 2 up to Volume 71 that's it. Man do I sound like a broken record to repeat these things from time to time, but it's the truth.

"I want Sakura to be happy" LIES. Kishimoto did everything but that, lol. If he was going to write shoujo, at least make Sakura marry a medic from another village   
Uhh, a question, are those novels writen by him?

No the novels are not written by him but I can imagine he has a lot of influence in what goes into them.

I'm trying to think of another piece of art I consumed where the pairings played such an important role. Maybe Harry Potter, but I can't say I was active in the fan community during its peak popularity. For Naruto, it seems like a huge part of the fans only really read/watched to see their OTP.

LMAO... who the hell are writing these books? Do they know anything about Naruto at all? Holy kitten. I can't believe even Temari is getting trashed. It's like all the Naruto women are either dead or they've been ruined by Kishi... :/

I gotta agree. Though I hate her new design, it's not really Sakura's style. Plus I didn't see the point of drawing her with a bigger bust, she already had a really nice figure..... 

Iruka got kittented on too in 700 actually. The BS he spews is just... All just to make Bolt getting neglected look okay. It's beyond OOC especially given his past and relationship with Naruto

 

Plus I don't remember Iruka being THAT old! Dude looks like he's 55 when he's actually younger than Kakashi 

 

Yeah everything is just being ruined in Naruto, especially the women. It's unbelievable that all of the novels have just made things worse, so I can only imagine how bad Sakura's is going to be. But I'm sure it will involve a lot of vomit inducing moments.

 

It's also unbelievable that Kishi made it so that Iruka had to be ruined to try to ustify Naruto's sh*tty parenting. The Iruka that was shown in chapter 700 was nothing like the Iruka in prior chapters and RTN. And yeah Iruka looks WAY too old in that chapter. It's like they messed up everyone's apperance in that chapter, either they look too young or too old.

I don't ship them anymore so I don't remember why I liked them in the first place.

It's a kitten pairing anyways.

I want to Naruto from 700 to go back in time when he was mistreated and tell his past self to "endure" it

That and I still cringe that the mofo had the nerve after that ending to still kitten with us by giving her those Kushina  hair pins one of her Uzumaki trade mark    Why the kitten would you do that if MK was just a mislead and NS was a "red herring"  and yet you made her end up with her abuser  that was the biggest insult to us to MK and Kushina herself  god I want to crush his kittening skull      

That's the most painful thing in the epilogue.

 

How can you use your MC parents only for a mislead and discard the message they gave him take all their relevancy on his life and give it to a meaningless pathetic character like Hinakittens who had no impact whatsoever to the whole plot overall   WTF sick kitten  Now I'm even more pissed   and to think that Minato's design was based on Scooby Doo and Shaggy    .

Moriarty is definetly the best villian, but idk. As just a character I prefer Sherlock   Both of them are drama queens, but I don't know why I find Sherlock more interesting... Maybe because I identify myself with him more, lmao. Anyway, the actors are incredible. Just don't forget Irene She's THE woman...

Haha I've been to the naruto forums and it's almost hysterical reading some of the predictions people came up with. Some believe it'll be the journey of Naruto Uzumaki falling to the Dark side and honestly I couldnt help but laugh at the idea. Basically he would become what Obito said during the war. That's where Boruto will come in and help him see the light.

Haha on some Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader type of kitten. Only this one is worse.

I wonder if there's any element of transparency to this objectifying of characters that the Japanese fandom has been able to pick up on and is criticising Kishi/the novelists for. According to the complaints made against TL, much of the anger stems from the lack of consideration offered to favourite characters such as Kakashi and Sasuke for Hinata's convenience. There must be more to it than preferential treatment of certain otaku-inspired characters.

shikamaru lost his typical laziness. He also is doing all hokage work for kakashi for some reason..

There is also the problem of the silence country guy. Apparently for the peace to exist , this guy needs to die, this completely contradicts Kishimoto's supposed message (peace comes from understanding one another)

Its important to say that this message is also kitten. I mean just because the reason of a crime is understanded this doesnt mean that the criminal shoulld go out scotch free
