I'm talking about the disresepct directed at the work and the mangaka. Disresepct among the fandom is another thing. Disresepcect among the fandom is nothing new.

Sorry but disrespect toward the work and mangaka isn't new either. I do agree though, people should leave his assistant alone. He can't do anything about it, especially not after the series is over.

But, you know the resolution of the romance subplot wasn't nearly the only thing wrong with the ending.. And just because a certain pairing is popular doesn't mean it's liked for the right reasons/it's being interpreted right. :\

So what if Kishimoto is professional? The way he ended this series is not very professional and our 'embarassing' fandom isn't the only one who thinks so. More than half of the Naruto series fans have the same opinion !

Just because of a romance subplot? Seriously? If the manga doesn't please anymore you why are you all still talking about it? Because it had a big impact in your life, it was one of your favorite manga for all those years wasn't it? Or else why did you still follow it every week?

Whatever excuse you can get as to why you still talk about it you won't change the fact that it affected your life, you discovered a great story and just because one character didn't end up with the one you thought he would end up with, that great story became a crappy manga?

I don't understand how NS fans can't just imagine that they were the one getting a wrong idea of the romance subplot when there were so many NH/SS fans here and in Japan (at least SS and recently I saw that NH was almost as popular as NS on Internet since 615).

 

I'll soon post a long rant about why I'm satisfied with NH/SS ending even though I still like NS.

You are more than welcome to express your opinion; and others are more than welcome to disagree with you.

I agree, people shouldn't be over the top in condemning Kishi. But just because he's the creator doesn't be he's free from criticism. Obama's the president, but people are disrespectful to him all the time.

 

And for what it's worth, a LOT of the posts here aren't just expressing discontent about the lack of NS, but a multitude of problems with 699 & 700 that represent a serious failing by the author.

This is a NS-fansite and it has also been locked from outside viewing.  Most fans here have been shipping NS , for a very good reason, for many years. And now suddenly we lost because of an asspull ending. You are saying we can't even voice our disappointment with that.. ?

That's also why the second i made a post about how I didn't care about the canon ending ON MY OWN TUMBLR  and that I was just going to ignore it and live in my own little world I got an asshat basically calling me a loser and delusional while they rubbed their canon in my face, right? but that was because I was being a disrespectful narusaku who needs to go die, AMIRITE?

That's the only thing I was asking for. Where did I asked other to think the same way as me, that's to say accept defeat without complaining? But thank you to understand my reaction to the attack towards the assistant and Kishimoto. 

 

Oh so NS didn't happen so now NH/SS makes total sens ?  Glad to see that really maybe you can explain it  to me how an abusive relationship like SS sends a god message  to children and women Sakura in the edn reverts to 12 year old fangirl and put into the kitchen   and how it made total sens  for Kishimoto to disregard NS completely every foreshadowing and in the end no interaction or closure at all   but its ok  it all makes sens now that NH/SS are canon   . 

 

Also its not just about NS people are pissed but bc the characters were ruined completely and made 180 the same with themes of this story  so please spare us of this only about NS when you have countless of post in here  that its not only about that .
