Ah, ok. This is my first time seeing her hair look like that. I was confused for a second
She uses really good shampoo.

Hinata's hairs by Kishimoto are purple like eggplant. Hinata's hairs by Anime are dark purple, they are black when they are shaded.
A chunk of moon is falling on her that's why she's sad and her hair is shaded.
because on the hq scan, about the sakura box, there is written "With Sakura becoming more womanily, Sasuke must be...."
... even more annoyed/jealous because she beat him in the beauty department.
