I have this fan fiction in my head. That when sasuke and naruto perform those seals to free everyone from the genjutsu tree it is actually not to free them. Instead sasuke puts naruto into IT himself. OR this is all still inside sakura genjutsu when sasuke stab her with chidori with his genjutsu before naruto vs sasuke last battle. Remember that when kakashi was put into tsukuyomi by itachi he said 10 days in that genjutsu world is about 7-12 seconds in real world.
An out of control man needs a strong woman to control him.
And even a violent woman will become soft and tender to the man she love.

Lol some SS/NH fans think sakura is parallel to sasuke mom.
Sakura was compared to Kushina in the story itself, not to Sasuke's mom...no use trying to get around that

Pein, Obito, it doesn't matter. Either of their plans would have more interesting than what we got. Hell, Obito's limited IT was RTN. Imagine what his IT would have been like. Naruto is probably the only series where I look back and think, is it too late to let the villains win?

Actually, I have too wonder if all this is IT version event? It's like the fans came up with this same type of theory during the ME3 ending to explain the bad writing. I have to think thought if Naruto was put into IT wouldn't his Verison be having Sakura by his side?

I don't think it going to be an IT ending for the gaiden because i doubt SP or editors wanted their hinata-chan's perfect dream world to be fake, and i don't think kishi would put that much effort into a fake out for something he clearly hates. He went along with the nH SS ending and the last because they told him that's what the fans really wanted, once he realized that wasn't the case and he was lied to. Well look at the gaiden neither of those couple have had a positive portrayal. nH Hinata not even in other than for one image, Naruto is too focus on his job and doesn't spend time with his family, and Bolt's a spoiler brat. For ss Sasuke hasn't been home for 12 years, Sakura is a wreak, and Salad keeps pointing out all the problem with her parents story, relationship, and so on.
That never stopped them from enticing the NS fans with the fake NS previews among other misleads with TL. Who's to say theY learned from their mistake.
