Yuri sighed to herself. So much for one-on-one taijutsu training. Oh well. At least it went until noon. She'd have a chance to track down Rock Lee and get some more training from him. She knew she'd be dead afterwards, but the rewards were more than worth it.
As soon as Kaoru hit 'one' she was off and hiding. Kin was not too far off from her. "Psst," she whispered. "Kin, our best bet will be to team up on her. Three Genin are technically supposed to be able to take down a Jounin, so we should have a fairly good chance of getting those bells. We just need to recruit Elric to help us."

Kin nodded. "Yeah, I've heard of this test before. My family's talked about it every now and again. Some of my relatives have had to do it too. We definantly need to get a hold of Elric, and then come up with a plan."

Kaoru smirked, she just stood there, eyes closed, and aware of the chakra singnatures. ' If the three know what this test is actually a different one. They actually really get the bells now. Doesn't matter if one doesn't have one, it's teamwork. And that's a shinobi's greatest weapon. Now. To take the weakest one, take it down, and go up. ' and she just stood there, and her hand went to her kunai pouch, where she took out...........A book!!!! She opened it, and the genin saw it was a book of Fruits Basket ( Just bare with me. You really Do have to get the bells ), and she waited.

Elric overheard his "teammates" going over stratagies. "Hey, hey, don't leave me out of this. I think you're right, we need to gang up on her. If we get a good opening, I can snag her with my Shadow Imitation jutsu (shadow possesion, kage mane, whatev). If I bind her with that, it's over unless she can break it. We'll need some more ideas if we want to stand a chance."

OOC: Oh...never mind. I got confused with Lily's post. OK! Elric is now wherever Lily and Kin's characters are 'cause I'm confuzzled.

OOC: Sure. Just be careful......Hehehehehe........

IC: As Kaoru heard some sort of movement, she glanced at a a tree and a bush, where the genin were hiding. She thought, ' Kage Mane No Jutsu, eh? Hmm....From I remember, Yuri-kun has an affinity to Lightning and and wind. Lightning....Wind.....Kin-kun can use her family inherited jutsu, and Elric-kun and use his kage jutsu. This will be tough to think through. I have to think of all the possibilties where I have an opening or if they can get the bells. ' Kaoru thought of possible scenarios.

A: If she went for oen of the three, the two could try and steal the bells. If she attack the one without sensing the others, Elric could get her with Kage Mane, and Kin could get her from behind, of the sides and capture the bells.

B: If she attacked two of the three, she would have to protect herself from the one who goes after the bells. If she was doing taijutsu against the two, facing them, she could do a spin kick from up front and to the back, causing the one to fly back.

C: If Kaoru fought all three of them at once, she would have a better chance of protecting the bells. If they somehow manage to make bushins and hid them, she would be in big trouble. ( This could acutally help you with your plans, guys. Hint Hint )

Kaoru sighed, and thought again, ' We'll just go with the flow. The worst scenario is that I ruin my reputation of being a 17 ( had to change it ) Jounin. ' Kaoru then, kickly put her book away, and she brought out a scroll. She opened it, bit her thumb, and slid her thumb over the scroll's writing. ' Kuchiyose no Jutsu. ' she thought, and a sword, a shinai ( basic trainign sword ) and quickly fled to a near place near the three. ' Now...Time for some fun! '

As Kaoru hid behind the three in a higher tree, she knew Yuri's taijutsu weakness. She made a Mizu Bushin ( water clone ), and sent it off the other side of the trainign area. She jumped down, without anyone noticing her, and she appeared directly behind then. " Hi there. " she said calmly, and they freaked out.

Kin gasped. Damn. She hadn't actually been expecting that. Oh well, at least this was easier than leading the Jounin into the trap. "Now, Yuri!" And with that, she pushed her hands into a seal. "Bunshin no jutsu!" Six clones appeared around her and scattered. That should make things a little harder for the Jounin.

"Hai!" Yuri replied. She pulled hard on the wires in her hand, which promptly wrapped around the Jounin. Yuri stuffed them into her teeth to hold them, then performed a couple of hand seals. "Ninpo: Raihyoujin no jutsu!" Lightining, sharp in both appearance and sound, traveled the length of the wires.

As kaoru smirked, she disappeared, and somehow headlocked Kin and Elric, the real one was head locking Kin, while the bushin she made eariler was head locking Elric and had a kunai to ther necks. " Now. How about getting out of this situation? "

Edit: Kaoru stared at the things the two had just done. " Well, well. I see we have a sense of teamwork in this group of three, which we should have, but....Unfortunatly....." Kaoru smirked, and pointed down. " You might want to look down very carefully. " When the two did, they saw a trap. " I set up traps before you guys came here last night. " When they saw it, they a very thin line of string, and they set off the trap. Now, the three were surrounded by incoming kunai and shuriken.

Another Edit: Kaoru sighed, " THe more clones, the more traps you set off. Bye then. " and Kaoru jumped off to avoid being hit from the weapons. " You'll guys see what i'm up too. Hopefully your that smart. "

OOC: Alright, I'm not sure about the rules on controlling other people's characters here, but on my other RP forum, they hate that. Example, Lily's first post on the page said that Kin was already following her. You just said that everyone freaked out. That kind of thing may be against our character's personality, like Elric. He's not easy to frighten and can quickly adapt to situations. I'd prefer if we could tone the controlling of others down, at least to my guy. I personally can't stand it.

OOC2: Crap. I made a late post and my response was completely ruined by that play. Post edited in!

"I got this. Bunshin no Jutsu!" Five clones (meaing six Elrics (five clones, one real)), popped up and all of them drew the blades. Together, the Elrics surrounded his teammates and swung the blades all over, here and there, almost like a whirlwind. As they swung, dozens of kunai and shuriken landed at their feet. After the attack finished, Elric got rid of his clones and sheathed his blades. "You guys alright? If so, then let's ace this little test of Sensei's."

IC: Kaoru winced, and she smirked. " Well, it seems we have a sense of teamwork with people that we barely know, concerning you guys are on different teams, and Elric-kun being out of town for a period of time. But...This time, you'll have to do more than just teamwork. Kaoru, poofed, in it's place was a log. ' Kawarmi. It's basic. I guess they didn't catch it. ' As she jumped off, she spotted one of the bushin's Elric made. ' Great. HTye have trackign skill.s THey're not as good, but they're good. ' She punched the bushin and she quickly disappeared to watch the three from above as she hid the the very tree, just higher up. ' I'll do Taijutsu against Yuri-kun. Genjutsu on Elric-kun. And perhaps Ninjutsu on Kin-kun. Alright then. Let's get this started. ' And she jumped behind Yuri, saying, " Ninja Lesson One: Taijutsu. Hadn to hand combat. " and the Jounin and Genin faced off.

OOC: Grr...You guys are making me confuzzled. I'm editing these post like crazy! I g2g. We'll continue 2morrow. Or just keep going while i'm gone.
