So I had a friend ask me the most hated Character in a series, Jar Jar Binks, or Hinata?
 
Well lets see Jar Jar Binks just had an annoying voice and was a bad comic relief character.
 
Hinata had zero character development and screamed Naruto for 90% the story.
 
 
I want to say that I hate both so I'm not entirely sure.

Jar Jar pandered to kids. Hinata pandered to otakus.

 

Hinata is infinitely worse. Jar Jar didn't destroy the whole series then end with the last film being about Jar Jar instead of Anakin.

Seconded, Tricks. Especially since he was meant to be as he was done, unlike Hinata, and all because of Studio Pierrot as well as Kishimoto-sensei not knowing what to do with Hinata, and also substantially ruining Sakura in the process just to fit SP's goals and machinations.

Funny how the pairings of NaruHina ruined everything, it even ruined SS because NaruHina had to happen, Sakura couldn't be alone so they chose Sasuke making Sakura look week and now because of the pairings, the story gets worse and worse
