-Leatherbacks favored by ~45.

Ouch. Even though only Stafford's on bye, you wouldn't know from looking at Z's roster. With Run-DMC and Andre3000 both out, this... is gonna be a paddlin'.

I need the combo of Mendenhall and McCoy to produce less than 14 points.

Mendenhall is up to the challenge. McCoy.....sigh. It was a nice win streak while it lasted.

C'mon. I need McCoy to fumble. Alot. I have Mendenhall in another league. I can afford him getting 0, but not going deep in the negatives.

Too bad we can't pick up Patrick Peterson. That loss stung alot, and we always lose badly, but that one was just a giant trolling.

At least my Michael Bush gamble paid off.

Our game drove me nuts dood. In a different league I have Matt Ryan and my opponent has Romo. Drove me nuts trying to cheer those two on.

"Romo threw a TD but it wasn't over 40 yards! Woo!"
"Yes, Ryan broke 250 yards! You can stop throwing TDs now, okay?"
"Romo Y U only kneel once? Need moar -1 rushing yards!"

I had Rivers in my other league. "Don't throw it Gates or Tolbert. Vincent Jackson is okay, not running the ball" and so on. Despite all the picks Rivers got me good points.

I also wanted revenge against McCoy. In that other league my opponent started only 5 guys (out of 8) and still beat me because he had McCoy and Fred Jackson (and Big Ben). That same guy has Foster on his bench. It's so not fair. He's in first while not paying attention to the league at all.

I was actually shocked that true got production from brandon marshall, steven jackson and Chris Johnson. Especially CJ. Looked like I was going to go into the sunday night game down by about 20. Then in the 4th quarter of all the 4 o clock games Mcgahee scored, then Sunday ticket player tracker said fitz scored, and then jennings scored. But holy ish am I glad Willis is back, hes revived his career and he, foster and demarco put in some serious work.

Quick Recap of Week Nine:

Fosters Home For TDs 127.05
Ellicott Thundercats 95.25
-Y HALO THAR, Willis McGahee! I guess you must really like this read-option offense that Denver University has installed, and - what, this is a professional football team? Huh. And lest you think this is a flash in the pan, here is a COMPLETELY TRUE graph of play calls when Tebow was at Florida. It "worked" there, why not bring it here?

The Golden Thumbs 52.40
The Wulfpack 96.20
-Rick is MIA and with him his team. One on bye and two more out with injuries in the lineup.

Gama Warriors 91.60
Tokyo Raiders 98.35
-Beanie Wells, weren't you good the week before this? If he had played to his projection that would have been enough to overcome a SILLY effort from Julio Jones (3 catches for 131 yards, 2 TDs). Not that he's the only one. Remember when the Colts had an offense? It's nice of them to let random fans come down and play QB though, I mean, Painter and Orlovsky can't possibly be drawing paychecks from the Colts to run that abomination.

Leatherbacks 99.30
Zatties! 111.60
-Well, that was awkward. Vincent Jackson basically gave Nick's team the good ol' "NO SIR" almost all by his lonesome. He did have some help though. Roy Helu benefited from playing with Captain Checkdown himself (John Beck), and Eli got to outduel Brady (and mark another item off his "Things I need to do before I'm as awesome as Peyton" checklist)

All we do is lose 106.95
Reavers! 131.20
-So Ogbonwhatever didn't even get his projected 1.49, I'm not gonna bother trying to spell his name right. AARONRODGERS did what he could but even his broad manly back isn't strong enough to carry everyone else, even with the Dallas D's help. Good game for RBs, every last one of them had over 10 points except for Chris Oglauiwergharghablarg.

Sparky McRandomsons 125.15
The All Cincy Team 109.35
-Excellent performances from LeSean McCoy and Mike Tolbert mean I get to keep bragging rights to the Prinny Bowl for another year! Woo!

Find Current League Standings Here.

It's easier on the eyes doing it this way than a clunky copypasta.

However, I think that Reggie Bush should get props on my team. And both him and Roy Williams should get a pat on the back for managing to not fumble. It would've been nice if Roy didn't drop that deep pass so he's not completely in the clear; then again, you can't expect much better from him. But five freaking fumbles, four lost?

Thursdays NOOOO. Why start so early?

Jwolf0's Wildly Inaccurate Week 10 picks!

Foster's Home for TDs (Mik3) vs. All we do is lose (Illmatic)
-Fosters Home for TDs favored by ~16

In the GAME OF THE CENTURY OF THE WEEK, #2 vs #3 face off. The playoff chase is still very tight with only three games separating first from last, so every game is important!

/obvious hyperbole is obvious

It's so hard picking against AARONRODGERS, but I'll take a RB corps of Foster, McGahee, and Murray vs. one with Chris Ogcinnabon.

The Golden Thumbs (Rick) vs. Ellicott Thundercats (True)
-Ellicott Thundercats favored by ~4

Not the walkover they were last week, but I can't pick an inactive team to win. Having said that, I know where the Kick to the Groin is going if The Golden Thumbs wins this. *staaaaaaare*

Gama Warriors (Nee-sama) vs. The Wulfpack (Burning_wulf)
-Gama Warriors favored by ~9

Hmm. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Beanie Wells follows up his craptacular performance last week with a solid one. Outside of All-Day, Wes Welker, and the Baltimore D (*sob*) there isn't much else to follow here.

Leatherbacks (Nick Soapdish) vs. Tokyo Raiders (roninmedia)
-Leatherbacks favored by ~13

This will be closer than the spread thanks to Julio Jones being silly, but he won't be that silly. Besides, Megatron is back in action.

The All-Cincy Team (Nate River) vs. Zatties! (Zatren6)
-The All-Cincy Team favored by ~5

The Giants Defense is not what it was, Gore should be able to gash their D all day long (I avoided the obvious pun, I'm so proud of myself!). I guess we'll see if VJax decides to go off again.

Sparky McRandomsons (Jwolf0) vs. Reavers! (Insurrection)
-Sparky McRandomsons favored by 0.58

Seems my best bet is to hope for a 6-3 "shootout" like LSU-Alabama had (ESS EEE CEE SPEED DEEFENSE PAWWWWL!) in the Falcons-Saints game... yeah, right. I really hope LeSean McCoy lives up to his projection. No pressure dude!

Pick record last week: 6-0 (wait, really? I thought I went 3-3)
Season pick record to date: 36-12

Frank Gore: 6 carries, 0 yards. 1 rec, 8 yards. 0.80 points. At least David Akers got lots of exericse in that one. Thanks again, Nick.

Fortunately, Matt Ryan went off on the Saints D and also fortunately the Colts still suck. Go Jacksonville D!

You know you stink when I plan my entire D strategy around teams that start against you. I initially picked up Cincy because they played the Colts.

I'd be getting sore about dropping him, but I was able to pick up Gould.

Looks like I started the wrong defense in the Lions-Bears game, but I didn't want to be even a little bummed when CJ caught all those touchdown passes. Which he didn't get around to doing.

Pff. You needed Gronkowski to get 7 - not that hard. I was up against it once the Chargers decided to let Michael Bush roll around for 30.

I ain't even mad tho. I get to troll my friend who is a Ravens fan all day long and twice on Sunday.

You had some bad luck going into that game dood (down to your 4th string RB, IIRC), but the gameplan was simple. Mug Steve Smith and dare anyone else to beat us. Come to think of it, we did the same to Santana Moss and the Redskins the week prior. Huh.
And the little head weave made Marshawn's fake so much better.

Week 10 Quick Recap!

Fosters Home For TDs 132.10
All we do is lose 95.40
-Illmatic's team is currently AARONRODGERS, a good Cowboys D, and eight lollygaggers. That just won't get it done against one of the top teams in the league. The Commish wins this year's Eagle Bowl.

The Golden Thumbs 85.75
Ellicott Thundercats 106.55
-The Bye team put up a surprising fight, but two inactive players isn't going to do it.

Gama Warriors 79.75
The Wulfpack 91.60
-Mark Sanchez won this game? Wha? Not a pretty match with a lot of 3 and 4-point games (or worse) from a lot of players here.

Leatherbacks 99.15
Tokyo Raiders 70.80
-Ah yes, there's the Tom Brady we all know and love (or fear/hate, whatever). And the NFL has its Madden curse, I guess we have our roninmedia curse. That's five QBs now, with a sixth playing up and down? Yikes. Stay away from Tarvaris Jackson, we actually need him!
No, I never thought I'd say that either.

The All Cincy Team 125.45
Zatties! 91.95
-Matt Ryan+Jacksonville D (lol Indy) = Eli Manning+Packers D, but Jordy Nelson, Ben Tate, and Dez Bryant made sure Shriner wasn't hurting for points. I see no Bengals in your lineup dood. I am disappoint.

Sparky McRandomsons 104.70
Reavers! 120.40
-Sigh. Stupid Chargers, Y U NO stop Michael Bush? Oddly enough, there were players on both sides that scored less than a point (2 on Insurrection's) although you wouldn't figure from just looking at the final scores, but that 30 point outburst was too much to overcome. Once Gronkowski caught that TD to make the Reavers win official I turned off the computer and went to bed.

Pick record last week: 4-2
Season pick record to date: 40-14

I wasn't sure about the Bungles since they have Pitt and Baltimore twice, and Jacksonville had the easiest schedule among available D's (they play Cleveland next week). I figured Ryan was at home and would have to throw alot, so it was a good week and that Dalton was too much of a crap shoot.

Yeah, I have only two Cincy players. I have FIVE 49ers. (Hunter (injury insurance), Gore, Smith, Akers, and Crabtree). I'm comfortable with the Dalton and Ryan rotation, but haven't needed ther extra space to ditch Smith and no one is superior enough to take up.

I should change my name. I started 3 49ers last week (Gore Crabtree, and Akers).

And with Schaub down, Tate should be a good pick up. Houston will just run all the time and Foster will need some break. If they run it 50 times, Tate should see some action.
