I'll take the Cowboys over the Eagles. The Eagles have no shot at winning a superbowl. The only thing they are consistent at is being inconsistent. If that makes sense. The best anyone can hope for is to troll Dallas and also send their franchise into hell this off-season. But Saturday's game could be Mcnabbs last game as an eagle.
Ravens over the Patriots. Injuries suck. But no one feels sorry for you. So too bad about Welker, and dont think they can just replace him, he sets reception records these days. And im not going to praise Brady for playing with Broken Ribs. To me it seems like more of an excuse.
And Cardinals over the Packers. The Packers ona good day can beat any team in the NFC. But I think Arizona is up there with New Orleans in terms of home field advantage,

Since the season is over, why not post all 32?
1. Indianapolis Colts
2. San Diego Chargers
3. Minnesota Vikings
4. Dallas Cowboys
5. New Orleans Saints
6. Green Bay Packers
7. Philadelphia Eagles
8. Arizona Cardinals
9. Cincinnati Bengals
10. New England Patriots
11. Baltimore Ravens
12. New York Jets
13. Pittsburgh Steelers
14. Houston Texans
15. Atlanta Falcons
16. Tennessee Titans
17. Denver Broncos
18. Carolina Panthers
19. San Francisco 49ers
20. New York Giants
21. Miami Dolphins
22. Chicago Bears
23. Jacksonville Jaguars
24. Buffalo Bills
25. Cleveland Browns
26. Oakland Raiders
27. Seattle Seahawks
28. Kansas City Chiefs
29. Washington Redskins
30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
31. Detroit Lions
32. St. Louis Rams
Now I'll get to my Predictions
New York Jets @ Cincinnati Bengals
It's a miracle that the Jets even got in, arguably the weakest team in the postseason. The Bengals playoff run should last a little longer this time around. They'll win this one for Chris Henry.
Prediction: Bengals
Philadelphia Eagles @ Dallas Cowboys
I don't know what the Eagles can find in 6 days that will give them the edge over Dallas. Completely dominated in the trenches, and the Offense was flat. The Mcnabb era may be coming to an end, so do the Birds have one last trolling in them? Probably not. They're screwed.
Prediction: Jerry Jones
Baltimore Ravens @ New England Patriots
The loss of Wes Welker is huge, one of the most reliable players in the NFL. Can New England win without him? Sure. But sorry Bill, I've got Flacco and Co. in this one. Big day for Ray Rice.
Prediction: Ravens
Green Bay Packers @ Arizona Cardinals
Tough tough game to pick. Aaron Rodgers will lift the Lombardi Trophy one day, he's the next great QB. However, Arizona won't lose at Home, they know when to take their game to the next level.
Prediction: Cardinals
Just because these teams are playing in the Wild Card Round, it doesn't mean that they can't get to the big game. Enjoy the Playoffs.

Pats over Ravens,
Cowboys over Iggles,
And finally, Cards over the Pack.

Ravens over Pats
Eagles over Cowboys
and Cards over Pack
The first and last answer are iffy on the winning column though, especially the last choice being without the threat of Boldin. If Packs Offense and Defense have it together this game, more importantly, the pass protection for Rodgers, it's a done deal. Could be wrong though, Fitz could have a killer game, and the defense could step up and stop Grant. Adding pressure on Rodgers. So it's a toss up on this one.
And to Sir Whirly,
You're absolutely right on that.

Trade Mcnabb & get some Draft Picks, find a new system for the defense, and get bigger players on the defensive line, even Collinsworth pointed out the size differential.

Cowboys did it. Although as someone mentioned before, I can't say I'm surprised because they're really inconsistent.
for tomorrow's games I pick the Pats over the Ravens and the Pack over the Cardinals. Both will be good games though. I actually didn't expect much out of the Bengals today, and didn't know what to expect out of the Eagles. The wild cards might make it to the Superbowl on both sides AFC/NFC this year.

Peyton was 14/21 for 192 yards and 0 TDs and 0 INT.
Even if you're going to only play a few series, you shouldn't be as horrible as Carson was. That's like Rex Grossman level.

That's cruel! But true.
Just sayin, the Jet's defense has improved a lot since then, not to mention their pass defense. Oh Rex Ryan, you really put your foot in your mouth a couple of weeks ago didn't you ol' buddy. But then again, this is Mr. Only-One-With-4-MVPs himself. And where I think Mark Sanchez is improving, I don't think he'll be as great a factor in the game against the Colts D where Peyton will probably still have a decent game, in the least. We shall see.

Thanks for making me look smart, love the way this team plays.
Edit: Do my eyes deceive me? A Playoff Game that didn't suck?!? Hooray! 96 combined points scored, damn. Gonna be interesting to see Brees vs Warner.

I figured the Eagles would have done a better job, but Dallas looks to be a well hardened team. Great running tandem with three backs, a good QB who has a star receiver, and had tough defense with a great pass rush to help out the secondary. I think the problem with the Eagles is that they live and die with the big play. If you can't get a big play, then your chances of winning are limited against a good defense. Also (and of course I'm biased) you need a running game! I know Reid loves to pass a lot, but if you don't run the ball it makes it easier for defenses to plan against you when they know you'll pass on early every down. A running game will help take a lot of pressure off McNabb not having to make a big play on every down. The defense is also pretty good, but some younger Linebackers would really help along with a defensive leader like Brian Dawkins. Also, Asante Samuel needs to not have a phobia of tackling and jumping his routes to get a pick (from what I've seen with his Patriot days and Eagle game).
Ravens did exactly what I expected with running the ball and playing physical defense. And the best part? Only THREE penalties for 15 yards! Hell the Patriots had more penalties then them. I loved the pressure they were getting on Brady and making him uncomfortable, along with causing four turnovers. Ray Rice and Willis McGahee totally shredded the Patriots defense even when they knew what the Ravens were going to do against them. Flacco only completed 4 passes for 38 yards which is the only real concern I have at the moment since he has to play better if the Ravens get down and have to rely on the passing game. It was a great game and now looking forward to next week against the Colts.
Kurt Warner is a shoe-in Hall of Famer. This guy is an absolute playoff beast. Even without Boldin he shredded the #2 Defense in the league. They'll roll over the Saints easily (and the Tampa Bay Cusre helps as well since the Packers lost today).

During their 6 game winning streak they were able to sustain drives, the West Coast Offense has a lot to do with Timing, so If the QB is running for his life and can't get in a rhythm, It's all over. Losing Jamal Jackson at Center killed the line, Cole is too short, and Jean-Giles is very inexperienced.
Reid can be a stubborn moron, he'll always fall in love with Pass. But I'm not gonna bother about him, He ain't going nowhere, the suits love him. Also, Westbrook's career is pretty much over, his knees are shot. And Mccoy is a rookie so you can't expect him to carry the load. Once again, they had a patchwork line, they weren't gonna be able to run against a 3-4 defense loaded with size and speed.
The Defense lacks talent at key positions, they need to draft a Free Safety, and improve the D-Line. The Front 4 including Trent Cole is relatively undersized, so they need to beef it up. The Linebacker corps actually has some young guys, but it fell apart when Stewart Bradley was lost for the year during some useless scrimmage in the preseason. He was big reason why the run defense played better at latter half of the season in 08-09. His return will bring some stability to the Linebackers, and we won't have to play musical chairs with it like we had to this year, everyone and their mama started at MLB.
