It all depends on what ending Kishimoto has in mind for Sasuke.
If Sasuke's ending is tragic, (i.e. he dies) there would be 2 likely options.
1. Sakura hooks up with Naruto, Lee, or Pakkun.
2. Sakura dies too.
If Sasuke's ending is a happy one, (more likely to happen since this is a shounen series, Sasuke's a main character with a substantial number of fans, and if Kishimoto can't even bear to kill off Neji and Chouji, he won't be killing off Sasuke anytime soon.)
as in Sasuke returns to Konoha and is accepted there again, I would guess that Sakura would be part of his happy ending.
1. Sasuke's back in Konoha, accepted, but still alone, so the last we see of him is a panel shot of him standing in the wind smiling. (This is so lame-o, Kishimoto wouldn't think of doing it. I hope.)
2. Sasuke's back in Konoha, accepted again, and S***S*** finally happens. Why so? Despite all the myriad pairings every fan can visualise, S***S*** is the only pairing with substantial airtime. You could say it's a plot device at this stage. Deduct off S***S*** from Sakura, and there'll be little to distinguish her from.. Tenten. I would be guessing that Sakura's part of the eventual happy ending Kishimoto has in mind for Sasuke.
I'm sure I got the idea across.. so just keep your fingers crossed, and hope for a happy ending for Sasuke.
(Actually, my ideal one was both of them die tragically after acknowledging their love for each other, but, oh well. )

I doubt that Sasuke will develop a good relationship with neither Kabuto nor Orochimaru. Like lilxhuy said, when Sasuke has the opportunity, he will kill those two guys (I think he will become very strong).
