I think most of Hinata's..."feelings" for Naruto is just admiration. Her character use is done. No need to worry about the drama queen and her fanbase. (If you can't tell I don't like Hinata lol

Only Kishimoto really knows.
I think Hinata has existed in the story to contribute to Naruto's maturity -- both personally and professionally. When Naruto started out his goals were a little skewed, and definitely colored by his own pain, longing, and self-doubt. But he grew, and Hinata was a catalyst for some of that growth.
Not that I believe Hinata's actions or motives have been necessarily good for Naruto, per se, they just provided an opportunity for him to respond well. An example of this would be Neji's mean-spirited attack on Hinata during the Chuunin Exams. It ultimately inspired a sense of responsibility in Naruto that he must defend and protect what was decent and right no matter what. An important lesson for a future Hokage and savior of the shinobi world.
Hinata has always reminded me of a toddler who saw something sparkly and wandered into traffic. She's a nice girl who means well, but she doesn't seem to possess even basic strength or independence and she's constantly in over her head. IMO her decisions have ranged from poor to ghastly -- i.e., offering to let Naruto cheat during the Chuunin Exams, worrying obsessively about Naruto's well-being when he's perfectly fine (when they encountered Tobi), selfishly interfering in his fight with Pain when she had absolutely no business being there. She always seems to confuse her own needs and desires for what is right for Naruto, and repeatedly proven that she doesn't understand him at all. I honestly can't imagine a girl less suitable to be his partner in life.
As far as the romance stuff goes, I have a hard time believing Hinata was meant to serve as anything more than a narrative distraction and counterbalance to the supposed effect Sasuke has on Naruto/Sakura. Naruto is the hero. Kishimoto had to give the guy some kind of love interest/intrigue while the real triangle slowly churned toward resolution, right? And it's been good for Naruto. Even if he doesn't return Hinata's feelings, knowing about them has to give him clarity about his own, and about what he wants -- and should expect -- from Sakura.
That's my opinion anyway, and it's worth what you paid for it.

Nice post, thank for giving me your opinion. Do you also think that Hinata might die in the coming chapters.

Hinata's biggest strength was being that shy girl who admired Naruto from afar, which gave her that appeal. While when they were kids this was seen as cute and such, but that strength became a weakness. She now still looks at Naruto with a shyness and every time I see or think she has a moment of confidence, she goes right back down to being shy again. I would give her props if she had confidence and maintained it, but also had a sense of "If he wants me, he knows where I am. If not I just want him to be happy" kind of thing, but she keeps jumping. When Naruto isn't around, she shows confidence in herself, which is great, but as soon as he shows up she gets shy and less confident again. Cute at first when they were kids, now it is just creepy.
Sakura seems to have an opposite to that. Her biggest weakness on relying on Naruto to save her, soon became her biggest strength. Her faith in Naruto not only allowed their teamwork to flourish, possibly their love too, but she also was determined to be just as good so Naruto didn't have to do all the heavy lifting. She relied on Naruto for spirit and support and he gave her that every moment. She grew from his love for her and now she is this amazing Ninja and a great medic.
Agree or disagree?

Could also mean that Kishi did not what to kill her at the pain arc, and maybe wanted save it for war arc. Because lets just say she did died at the pain arc and was resurrected with everybody else who died at the village during that time. There is no point on killing her for shock value anymore. That is way I think she might die in this arc or the next.

we dont have time to mourn for a K11 side-character
maybe tsunade...or someone more important, so it can cause proper development.
like...
if tsunade dies--> sakura(develops)
if killer bee dies---> naruto(develops)

Why not? If there was anyone that were to die from Sasuke's incoming attack, wouldnt the most obvious choice be Hinata?

... I see potential backup on our favor!
Uh huh. Those Sakura bashers oughta be ashamed. Bashing Sakura is equivalent to insulting his wife now.

The family that couldn't be.

It's not just bashing on Kishi's wife but the fact that Sakura is an original character he created. That is why he's fond of her imagine poor Kishi when he gets dozen of angry NH fan mail bashing on his original character comparing that Hinata is a better heroine than Sakura? (yeah I'm taking reference from Jump Festa 2009).

That's what I thought. She'll probably go on another Kamakazi for Naruto and get a Chidori down her throat. (Not that I would really care, I have no love for Hinata at all. But it's my opinion.) We all know how it went with Pein...owned and nothing more. Yet some of her fanbase is saying she'll pawn Sasuke...maybe by Naruto-kuning him to death.
The omly characters who have a chance against Sasuke are the remaining members of team7
Naruto
Sakura(alongside Naruto)
Kakaahi (with backup eventualy)
Hinata can't do anything. I'm sorry for the bashing on Hinata...but I've lost it for her.

I disagree I think she's well aware that Naruto loves her along with the rookies and everyone else from Konoha (especially after 450).

Kishimoto-san's wedding was fantastic. The priests's broken Japanese during the ceremony was a thing of beauty. I see your wife looks just like Sakura.

Wow. Thank you for sharing this!
I wonder when did Kishimoto meet his wife. Before or after he started to write/draw -NARUTO- ? Maybe he drew Sakura from his future wife, the girl he was in love with? (Kishimoto+his wife=Naruto+Sakura?)

NOOO im telling you thats a bad idea!!!
reasons???
1) naruhina fans will say she died for naruto and that sakura will NEVER deserve him like hinata did
2) naruhina fans will say sakura won naruto because hinata died
3) naruto would feel guilty (lhinata risking her life twice and dying for naruto....heck i would feel guilty too)
4) risking lives...thats sakura's job (shes the HEROINE!!)
5) im sure sakura would feel guilty also especially knowing that hinata loved naruto
6) AN UNWANTED SOB FEST THAT BLOCKS THE MAIN PLOT!!!
it wont be good.......

1. What did Hinata do to 'deserve' Naruto? Love is not about deservance. Just because they think that Hinata 'deserves' him, doesn't mean that Naruto is entitled to be with her.
2. Naruto and Sakura love each other. It wouldn't make a difference if she died. Would it affect Naruto's feelings for Sakura?I highly doubt that. Funny.... They think that Sakura is the second choice if Naruto can't be with Hinata.
3. Yes, he would. If someone died for me, I'd feel guilty for the rest of my life. It can't be helped. Who wouldn't?
4. What! How?
5. I don't think so..
6. We're at war and probably near the conclusion of the manga. Hinata dieing would be plain pointless, she's served her use. Does she need a death sentence too?
I completely agree with merryGOflava, because not only NaruHina fans will say that NaruSaku happened only because of Hinata's death, but a lot of people who don't like NaruSaku, ie SasuSaku fans (look, if Sasuke dies and Naruto and Sakura become a couple, then people will say that Sakura agreed to become Naruto's girlfrind because Sasuke's dead).
Why Sakura should risk her life? Well, I'm sure that every fan of hers wants to finally see her in action, especially if she does it to protect someone important to her (we, NaruSaku fans know it's Naruto). By doing this, especially if saving him/not letting Sasuke or someone else kill him, she will prove that he's the most important person for her/she's finally got over Sasuke.
