Sure, if it wasn't over 400 chapters ago, I would think differently. Face it, it's a swerve.

 

All I see is negative development that thanks to an asspull and apparently the "miracle of god" cause one man to go from absolute loathing to pure love. Jesus, Romeo and Juliet is more believable than this and that was a "love at first sight" kind of story.

Yeah it's definitely an asspull... but i just wanna say that assuming Sasuke is gonna be an abusive husband is a pretty weak argument. Kishi tried to do too much. I would've been satisfied with a complicated love triangle dynamic with actual development from all sides, but instead he focused too much on the pairing he didn't make canon, to the point where the other pairings barely got any development, basically misleading all of us.

It really don't feel like mislead at all. It just a final change and a bad one at that. I would try to accept it more in terms of pairings because God knows how much problems the ending still left, but the problem is the more you look back, the more you realized it never added up. If the databook thought the same, if that one critic thought the same, if the game developers thought the same, if the anime, even freaking anime, thought the same, then you know you did a backstab. Deus Ex Machina.

TenTen didn't win. Lee didn't win. Many didn't win. Not all can be winners, which is shown...but you can't kill characters to make one a winner.

Naruto isn't a story about Naruto. It's the story about Sasuke being redeemed with the help of his best friend and the girl who loves him.

Yeah. In the end,

1. Naruto was just a tool used to redeem Sasuke.

2. Naruto was indeed the selfless 'lil bro' whose job was to bring Sasuke to Sakura.

3. Naruto was just a prize for Hinata's 'pure' selfish love.

 

What a sad fate for the supposed main character. Take a bow Kishimoto, for I never thought it would be possible to write one's own main character so badly. You truly are a 'one of a kind' writer.

It's funny, for a manga that was so focused on "bonds" it ended up completely failing at it.

And the so hyped POAL didnt even get a Thank you    Sakura just indirectly told Naruto to just fck off while she and Sasuke kun had sex on their travels completely forgetting the reason that she got Sasuke was because of Naruto

it would also Save him from this bad end and a life of alcoholism, the guilt of being a neglectful daddy and being tortured by what could have been if he still had his balls instead of The Sauce cutting them off sometime ago.

It's sad watching you guys doing this. Reason - not important now, you can't change anytihng right now. If we are right - in time we will see it. Yep NH and SS - stupid and have no reasons to be put above NS to be canon, but whatere it is - deal with it. You can be in denial, but not make this story - to crush your life/vision. Be true to what story teach you from beggining - don't give up on your dreams. Even more - The Last and 2 last chaptres - oh God, they a awful, but what if part 3 make NS to win? I'm not saying it will, but who knows? This was done to a show "How I Met Your Mother" in the end. Just get your lesson and try to become someone better if this story was something important to you.

I am not saying that either. When did I ever say that Sasuke was an abusive father? I never did. He is still a dead beat dad when he can't even be with his family and never stops wandering.

I always like this argument though

"Sakura was abusive to Naruto because she hit him all the time," but if Naruto hits his kids that is not abuse? Yeah, right. In the real world, you can't even spank your kids without someone filing a police report.

This is the double standard I am so sick and tired of hearing about and people accept it.

Naruto betrayed everything he stood for, everything he promised his mom, and he betrayed himself and lied to himself all for a best friend who never even back him what so ever. I accepted so much from this story and it couldn't even give me a proper ending out of it. It couldn't even give me a proper heartfelt ending because "we had to be realistic."

When you're in a ninja world when your chakra is more devastating than nuclear weapons....reality has been thrown out the window, but I guess this explain why this ending really IS so unrealistic. In real life, people like Sasuke don't change that quickly, nor do they fall in love with a girl that they originally thought was a annoying. No. That is complete bullsh** even for fairy tale standards.

A challenge to any girl to tell me that being in love with a guy who has attempted to murder you is actually real love in real life. I challenge any girl to say that domestic violence doesn't exist because "Naruto forgives it." And I mean, REAL domestic violence like how people get hurt and actually bleed and bruised.

No, Kishimoto really killed his characters...he betrayed everything he stood for and everyone apparently loves him for it.

This is how true love dies...with thunderous applause and weaksauce excuses.
