Hey guys what's up? read the new chapter? Okay so Here's what I think. Just don't regard those Hinata and Sakura moments in the new chapter as romantic. they were meant to be portrayed as comradeship, not romance. We'll start actual, factual discussions when the REAL romance scenes/conversations ensue. For now I'm speculating that Hinata is just in a Naruto/ Sasuke state of mind with her always trying to catch up to Naruto like he was with Sasuke, no biggie. Sakura is saying she wants to protect him this time because he always bears the burden by himself so she is going to lessen for him it with all their comrades. It doesn't need to be romantic indication, it's not even the proper time for it yet so lets just see it as character development until Kishi actually pulls out the BIG ROMANCE magic okay?

You just pretty much said what I was thinking. At first, I thought Kishi might be trying to build up a little suspense in terms of the romance department but not only does Sakura kinda pull some of the "romantic" part out of it with her thought train, saying that everyone will be with Naruto and not just her, but also I really don't think Hinata is niave enough to think that all she has to do to be with Naruto romantically is catch up to him in terms of strength. I wish I could address the entire NH fanbase that's out there screaming "CANON!" now when I say this but let's not forget that these are Hinata's thoughts, which are in no way reflective of Naruto's feelings. Just because you think "I want to marry so-and-so" doesn't mean it's going to happen.

I hope your right.....I just pray it's not her. I think all the NH fans shouldn't be too....excited because I just feel like Kishi might be trolling. We never got to see how Naruto feels about Hinata, which worries me.

I have already explained my reasons for as to why I believe NaruSaku will become canon in previous post so I won't repeat it. I will just say that if Kishimoto decided to have Naruto love Hinata then why make him love Sakura so much?, why the many parallels and tender moments between them?, why so much build up if it wasn't necessary? He could have developed them with a more friendly tone, so why not? He could have slowly made Naruto's attention shift from Sakura to Hinata but he chose not to. Now all of a sudden Naruto will start to think of Hinata romantically? Wouldn't it feel kind of awkward. I believe that the NaruSaku development was done so that when Sakura finally falls for Naruto that one doesn't look weird.

Naruto not loving Sakura anymore would truly look out of place, loving Sakura is part of what makes Naruto who he is. He wouldn't feel like Naruto if he had eyes for someone other than his Sakura-chan. (I want to note that the only person who addresses Sakura with -chan is Naruto). In all honesty I like NaruHina, it could make a great pairing if it was properly developed, but in the story I have read so far I just can't imagine it happening, I just can't view Naruto seeing her as the girl he loves no matter how hard I try.

Now when it comes to Sakura loving Sasuke, I will go with what Naruto said in a certain filler episode. What he likes about Sakura the most is how hard she tries when it comes to Sasuke, which is a reflection on his own personality of never giving up. In the bench scene chapter when he's transformed into Sasuke and Sakura tries to kiss him he thinks "I think I understand now why I like Sakura so much", the reason being what I just said. So I believe that Naruto will only go full force to win Sakura's heart when Team 7 can be together again (In what way that can happen only Kishi knows).

Naruto wants Sakura to have no excuse (being absent, being a criminal, etc.) to choose him over Sasuke, he wants her to choose him because she wants to and not because she has to.

Conclusion: Naruto will kiss Sakura.

You might be right I think Kishi decided to give the idea by making Kyuubi make that joke. The hero and main protagonist has that right to kiss the girl that he likes.

Was it only me who loved that Kishi showed Uzumaki clan symbol on Sakura's jonin vest this chapter when she thinks "You always get left with these insurmountable tasks" page?

I know it's insignificant, but I loved the fact that Kishi showed the Uzumaki clan symbol very clearly on Sakura's jounin vest unlike the other rookies.

Ofcourse this doesn't help the pairing at all. But I can be happy with these smallest things can't I?

I think it could be of value. Kishi is not known for doing random stuff. He loves to draw paralels.

hmmm like others have been saying in the chapter thread.......

i feel hinata is saying that she wont watch his back anymore she will try and be an equal to him.

all this time hinata saw naruto as a hero and she was a fan of him but i think she is saying she wont be a fan anymore she will be someone that can walk by him instead.

i also liked how sakura was the last one to say anything and how she is still trying to do stuff together with naruto....

honestly i was afraid sakura would back off with helping naruto when she said " i cant do anything all i can do is believe in them" back at the last team 7 reunion. (though she could just mean regarding sasuke)

but im glad shes getting back in action and making sure that not matter what he says she staying by his side.


okay people im chaining myself to this ship.....so even if it sinks im going with it > but it wont....though im starting to love narusaku so much that i dont care if it sinks...ill still love it *starts loading the cannonballs* watch out naruhina fans your going down.......(not in a bashing way...in a pairing way)
