She got the wrong idea that he actually loves her, just because he gave her the rose. Well, truth hurts.

- Minato and Kushina were too weak(doubt she would get hit by that blue ball in the actual world). And too overprotective. What happened to "I believe in you", "Our child is the child of prophecy"? Even Chouji's dad duo'd with him against an Akatsuki.
- If this is after the Pain invasion, why is the village just fine? They should be living in tents.
That's it!

Well it's the AU world were everything is the oposite. Wereas Minato and Kushina are strong and confident in their son in the normal world, their AU counterpart is weak and overprotective. So these traits fall into the context of the movie.

Actually they were strong(except fo Kushina who was a damsel in distress) but they just didnt had the will to put themselves into danger, Minato only fights for real when he's family is into danger.

I thought they were the same, that this was a mistake on Kishi's part. Because it wouldn't be the same if they weren't the Minato and Kushina Naruto knows.

I tried to reply to this earlier but I've been very busy today!

Anyway, I don't see this as a big deal. I noticed that they also made her skip on telling him to listen to his teachers.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It doesn't change the fact that even though Hinata was agressive, Naruto still ended up chasing Sakura.

See, I don't see it that way at all. I mean, yeah she was so excited wen she thought Sasuke cared for her, but I think she was more upset about the fact that she thought she could go to him because she was lonely and then she realized that he acted that way around every girl.
I don't think that came out how I wanted to. Long story short I feel that her tears weren't necessarily because Sasuke didn't love her, but because she thought that she had someone to talk to who cared for her when she was lonely. Does that make sense?

So you're saying it's not a love thing? Isn't that better? I know it all connects to scene before Tobi arrives. Her two things are no parents and Sasuke > Naruto because it comes off that she believes Sasuke would understand her more than Naruto, which is why Naruto got low blow look before Tobi arrival. I didn't see the movie but since the movie got too many NS interactions, I almost saw the whole thing. Just not the fight. It was clear that it was what I said because in the end, it ties up with the beginning. If the ending ended it with Sakura just hugging Naruto, then it's just her parents being the only subplot for her, but really there's two. Funny because there's no good sign for SS since she or Naruto never brought it up. It came out looking bad in the long run. I would comment more once I see the movie.

It's like a redux chapter 3, only lasted little longer and more grief on Naruto since she already care a lot for him. It's just funny that Kishi would do it again for Sakura. As of late, there is this guy who said that her love is actually her weakpoint and it wasn't made to be as the "You're annoying" line was saying that he knew her love for him, but already plan to break the bond with her. It's something like that but pretty much, the critic said it was negative. While we wait what NS says, I think this movie was too clear on who Kishi prefer the most.

I was only saying that her level of upset-ness didn't really correlate with what that type of rejection usually comes with. I remember in the spoilers waaaay back in the beginning someone had said that she runs off crying because she realizes that Sasuke didn't love her, that seems a little extreme. I mean definitely, yeah she was sad because she did think that he legitimately cared for her, but her reaction to me seems pretty chill in comparison to what other rejections look like.
Then again its hard to analyze any reaction of any drawn cartoon character.

Oh that's what you meant. Yeah, I'm happy that she didn't go crying about it because not only it's fake, but it's like she knows the deal and she got the idea that she was wrong. Then left quickly to Naruto because she got the idea that she was wrong about the whole thing. So yeah, it's like she got the idea from her past mistakes, so she know that feeling already. I give credit for Kishi for showing her maturity in her character.

Yes exactly. Sorry it's finals week for me and my level of speaking has decreased in significant amounts.
