Japanese fans are trending Kishimoto/Naruto on twitter. The majority liked the ending and are thanking him lol

 

How can they like it! Are those fans the smae as are NH/SS fans?

 

The chapters are nut just BS because of parings. The characters have been trown out of the window!

 

The Japan was our last hope. I hope those who liked it are not much. And that overall it will be a major backslash!

As for the Zutara project, it just fell through. Animators got busy, people left, etc.

 

I'm not surprised, to be honest. I think the west is kind of more serious/severe about shipping in general.

 

And well, it's a cultural thing. Strong female character has a different meaning over there. I mean, look at Hinata's latest databook entry. It's all about how her pure love makes her strong, how the resolve of a maiden in love can't be stopped, etc. Where over here, at least in the NS fandom, her obsession is seen as a negative thing, in Japan it's seen as a good thing lol

The latest film is a love story, Kishimoto said. It will depict what happened between the 699th and 700th manga episodes. I designed the characters and helped make the story.
Although I wanted to write about the romances of Naruto and his friends in the manga series, it was too difficult, he continued. I am not good at writing romances because I feel embarrassed when trying to do so.
 
This guy is actually proud of the SS/NH he did and wanted to do more of it.


Also, the Japanese like SS more than NS--- not surprised at the reactions.

I think what's also killing me right now is that NH/SS fans are still attacking our already sunken ship, when all we're doing is writing headcannons and drawing fanart of our imaginary son. 

 

Also I am not surprised Kishimoto is supporting SS/NH considering the flow of money that's about to come in.

 

It's like I can't even cope with having my ship sunk when I'm already at the bottom of the ocean.   

 

Not to mention Kishimoto calling RtN not romantic or "shippy" kills me.  

 

Overall I think everybody should just come together and agree on our own version of the ending and then find a way to send it to shounen jump or something. Not out of spite, but just showing them what could have been. But I don't want it to be just Narusaku fans creating the ending either, I want everybody's input.

Even Orochimaru and Kabuto are back to life, but it looks like they won't do anything harmful anymore against Konoha. They are the "good shinobi" now. Too bad!
Nevertheless, Yamato is back in the world of the living, Long Time No see, Yamato!!! SpiralZetsu (Guruguru) has crumbled to death. I could include him as the last villain in NARUTO. Seems right...right? He was the last villain. He died after Madara & Kaguya.

After the war is finally over and everyone is safe...*I knew somehow, this exactly would happen*. The shinobi's share some moments with Neji Hyuuga, who died in the war. Rest in Peace, Neji, you were a great shinobi! Your actions in the war were valued greatly!
Time-skip: SURPRISE!!! OR NOT? Hatake Hakashi is the new Hokage!!! Hatake Kakashi is the Sixth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf. Great choice, indeed! He has many qualities of this position: leadership, knowledge, skill and many many others.
Honestly, he should have been Hokage Waaay earlier!!
Sasuke is free! That means he isn't declared a missing-nin anymore. He has been forgiven for his aid in the war.
At last, Sasuke is happy! He finally redeemed himself and understood Itachi's actions. I bet he feels sorry for killing him.
He touches Sakura's forehead just like Itachi did with himself...nice moment!

ONE OF THE BEST NARUTO'S CHAPTERS! I knew Kishimoto wouldn't dissapoint us. He said some weeks ago that he will do his best, and he did! Way to go, Kishimoto!

Time-Skip: Naruto is a parent now. He has a boy, Boruto + Himawari, a girl.
Naruto & Hinata are parents. Sakura & Sasuke. Wow? I thought Sasuke didn't liked Sakura. He always rejected her. Anyway, their child is Sarada Uchiha.
Shikamaru & Temari. Their child is Shikadai Nara, he looks just like Shikamaru.
Sai & Ino. That was unexpected! We never seen them togheter...or I missed? Their child is Inojin Yamanaka.
Choji looks like a viking and he's with Karui...
Kakashi is not Hokage anymore...Guy on a wheelchair? What happend to him? He didn't fully recovered since his last battle with Madara?

By the way, NARUTO isn't officially over, because NARUTO PART 3 has been announced. It will be a mini series with the next generation. Coming Spring 2015.
Ugh! I thought that there won't be a Part III. I know some fans are dissappointed, but let's wait, commentaries later!
Some notes:
     The final page of the chapter mirrors the first page of the series. The first telling the story of how Kurama became sealed into Naruto and the latter telling the story of Naruto's life and how he became the Seventh Hokage.
    On Naruto's face on the Hokage Monument, Boruto paints the Straw Hat Pirates' jolly roger, a reference to competing Weekly Shonen Jump manga One Piece by Eiichiro Oda. In return, the cover art of One Piece's chapter 766 references Naruto, and in the week's author comments section, Oda thanks Kishimoto for being his friend and rival.
        The other authors for the Weekly Shonen Jump series say their farewell words to Kishimoto for finishing his work in their weekly comments.
    The timeline is set many years after The Last: Naruto the Movie.
Honestly, I'm very glad that the manga has finally ended. Years back I thought it would end in 2012, but...it's 2014, like Kishimoto said last year in the interview asked when the manga will end.

I think this ending deserves negative publicity for the depiction of woman and the promotion of a relationship like SS.

That's the main reason I'm upset tbh (although still feel cheated about NS)

At least the Avatar fandom got a response as to what would happen if they did get together. I mean, even though it was kinda lame, there was some type of closure. See I'm that one fan that still wants to see them get together even though they're both on their death beds. Oh well. 

 

And the same with Harry Potter, at least J. K. Rowling addressed the issue. 

 

All I want now is for Kishimoto to address the issue of Naruto and Sakura getting together. Even if he ends up disagreeing with it, at least there would be some closure.

Yeah. Plus, as I've heard from people who speak japanese, people have been majorly critical about the ending.

Like if you're so happy with the ending why do you have to jump down people's (that is, NS shippers) throats when they're less than satifisfied, accusing them of only being "butthurt" that our ship didn't happen (especially since the MAJORITY of the fandom, including non-shippers, have been critical about it)? You got what you wanted, dude. You "won." We "lost." That's all that should matter, take your victory and be civil about it. But instead you attack people who are minding their own damn business. AGH. It's so frustrating.

Can you elaborate? I'm curious. Even though I watched ATLA I was never in the fandom.

I don't give a kitten what the hell comes out anymore or what Kikitten says; I am always going to ship NaruSaku.
Even Kate Higgins--the English voice of Sakura--said that her character was "starting to have different sort of feelings for Naruto". It's in the 1st Shippuden boxset released by VIZ!
Gotta go learn how to draw now so I can post magnificent NaruSaku masterpieces all over the world and continue to support my OTP. The one I KNOW should've happened. :)
