Nope, Toei ruins One Piece with subpar animation, misplaced OSTs and drawn out pacing. The manga is where it's at.

and Oda is doing his best to copy them lately with uninteresting characters and boring storylines (my two beli)

still think the time skip was the dumbest idea ever, ruined the pacing of what was on its way to becoming my favourite manga

I only keep reading it because I have 66 volumes on my shelf

Just realized this (and I'm pretty sure that it already could have been mentioned by someone else) but now that Sasuke is on his way to help Naruto and the Alliance with the Madara/Tobi/Jubi threat,

doesn't this mean that it's the Sannins three students against a very strong opponent? Could be another parallel

You know, the more I look at it, the more I really like it, especially for whatever reason, Kishi made that scene. I'm not complaining, of course. The reason why I keep liking more is because how nice detail we got from that scene. We got the grabbing, the contact from each other, the landing, small scene of him still holding her, and then the put down. We got really the whole bridal scene. That's freaking awesome.

Save that for manga once more. Plus, it's still him. The experience of that still comes to him. Also, it's not like a clone is any different in terms of design. I guess that's why shadow clone would be my go-to jutsu in the real world. Stay home and chill, while other goes to school. Remember what Kakashi said, experiences comes back to you.

ha i'd be funny if the clone argued with you. "Why do I have to be the one to go to school?" The clones are like an exact copy of the person, right? Personality, likes and dislikes, ect. So if you didn't want to go to school, I am sure the clone wouldn't want to go either.

Also do the clones know that they are clones? And if they do, are they afraid of being unsummoned because it would be like "death" to them? Or is it that when they are unsummoned that their lives go on like nothing happened because they ARE you? :/

That indeed. It felt like that scene wasn't necessary when you think about it, but Kishi put it. Funny how that was one of the highlight of the movie, even if it's short, for fans, pairing fans or not.
