No, but IMO it pales in comparision with the original

Yeah. If you see both, they're really different. First one has that monster of the week concept. This one, well quoted from a review, a matured look of it.

The issue with the new Sailor Moon is that it needs more appeal. I think what made Sailor Moon "Sailor Moon" was the mass production of merchandise and the hype of the fandom. Barely anybody is talking about it and that's upsetting because the anime is finally following the manga.

I want to get back into watching it because I'm a die hard Sailor Moon fan. But I'm saddened by the lack of enthusiasm the new version is getting.

I listed manga like Claymore, Medaka's box, then I put Chrono Crusade. Ryo said, "that's my manga" And BakeNeko-Chan said it was one of her favorites :argh: Then Rabbit got mad and said she never loses an argument with me, but we don't even argue :argh: She said that she can hold a grudge afterwards :fu:
