I'm slightly disappointed with Sakura in this chapter.

 

Sakura got her moment to shine and that was freakin' amazing, I loved every single part until where Sakura had to be saved by both Naruto and Sasuke. It felt like she had taken ten steps foward to only take two steps backwards.

 

The chapter basically shut up the Sakura haters for a little moment only to give then a little reason to still call her a useless character.

And what was with the "Sasuke-Kun" bit? So now Sakura took ten steps foward and then four steps backwards, what also gets on my nerves is the fact that Naruto had to remind her that he was there too (It feels like the old team seven again, which ain't good). I feel like Sakura should get a slap for that (She backstabbbed Naruto)

I think the diamond is permanent as long as she keeps chakra in it. If she runs out of chakra, it disappears. Does that help?

It'd actually be awesome if some of the alliance got injured and Sakura summoned the slug to heal them. Then Naruto transfers some of his chakra to her so she doesn't deplete all of her reserves healing. This'll further showcase her skills IMO. 

That could also be when she learns about Tsunade, given that Katsuyu witnessed the damage.

As for the Seal, if she runs out of chakra, yes, it will most probably be gone, however, once chakra is back, it will reform.

 

She had to wait at first 3 years to complete the initial forming of the seal, so to speak, but afterwards remains permanent.

A tiny part of me is hoping that she'll get injured and Naruto will get concerned, but she recovers instantly and is like, 'chill babe. I got this.'

IIRC, Tsunade's seal disappeared after one fight and she looked old. (We only saw her chin and hand or smth.) Maybe it's only permanent for Tsunade because she uses it to look young.

LOL It'd be pretty damn awesome and it'd show she's one of the most useful ninja in this war right now. I hope Kishi makes her shine and blind everyone with her awesomeness!

I wonder if what's next is Sakura releasing whatever technique she's got in the seal...

I keep wondering what supa-dupa technique she might have there, tho?

Wow, is Sasuke that much of a threat to narusaku that Sakura can't even say his name?

He arrived before Naruto did, if you hadn't noticed.

I don't think "backstabbing" is the word you're looking for.

I wonder if she even has a technique...I could see slug summon but wouldn't anything involving the seal take some time to learn unless she learned a jutsu unrelated to what she can do with the seal?

This time I tend to believe Mangastream given it's just a seal and it's not released.

Tsunade did Yin Seal [diamond] release and then talked about Byakugo no Jutsu.

But Sakura still hasn't released it which means it has to be Hyakugo Seal, not jutsu...
