Nah. Scarves are easy to knit that is why it is a popular gift among young people.

From what I get In the manga, yes.
In every knitting in the scarf, bear the feeling of the girl.
The valentine chocolate too.
Does it exclusive to love? Well I'm not really sure about that.
Just like vallentine chocolate doesn't necessary for romantic one, it could be for friend or family.

Hinata might wait for Naruto I'm sure. But maybe not in a romantic way, especially since the war is over. Remember, she decide to stop chasing after Naruto after the war if she didn't got with him.

 

Plus if the scarf is a thing fa gift from a girlfriend to her boyfriend, who give Konohamaru his? Since he got his since he's like 8. That scarf doesn't mean anything unless the text said so.

 

And a red scarf of all the color ( who wear red in this story??) So I think I've got an idea of someone who might have give him that scarf if it is important.

and so many fans think thst filler is canon....but they ignore Naruto saying he loves Sakura outright in a filler....ya can't pick and choose which filler is "canon"

Nice this is from the author the doujin Complex I like that so NH and NS stay in peace. Like that would be an open ending, no paring but they like Naruto.

You know, the fact that the narrator already mention Naruto in Sakura's sketch tells you that the Naruto's part on Sakura still exist does demolish the idea of moving on. That said it can only go up.
