She specifically told Naruto that she didn't want to stay there she also wants to leave, but for the time they working on a way to escape she thought being in the word was fun that wouldn't harm anyone.
So like you I never got the idea that she wanted to stay, plus the fact that many kid's her age knowing that they can have a real moment with out their parents scolding them at every moment would momentary love the idea of being their own boss, not that she ever said that she wish her parent were really dead, she new the were trap in a genjutsu on for the meantime she could do anything she wanted.

Agree. At first I would have agree with others because I thought the scene with her at home was annoyed that Naruto wanting to leave so bad while she thought he's ruining the fun. Instead, she was plotting things together on why the village is opposite as well as why Naruto's parents are alive and what purpose for them to be there. So that all dismiss the idea that she wants to stay. She doesn't. She decided to leave right-a-way because it was hurting her and she knows Naruto wants to leave right-a-way rather than wait for Tsunade's next mission, so she went to his house and I think they would have done what Team 10 done in Immortal Arc: leave without order.

I won't go too much into details until I see the movie, but I love the fence scene for many reasons. That's all I have to say.

If you're talking about the beginning, she has a good reason to be that way though Sasuke's comment is a bit questionable, it's only because she lost trust with Naruto since he bad mouthed her and didn't agree. Naruto was also rude, though to me, I think he was worse than Sakura because he was really rude in the ramen place no less. To me, Sakura was great because of developments. You'll see yourself or wait for my full review. As for people to say if the movie is great or not, well, it is their opinion, so you got to decide yourself. The only one I can't accept is those who despise NS will automatically hate this movie. Not to say anyone in here said that, but I have seen some of them like that.

Sakura wasn't a b*tch...
She was a teenager. She didn't want to stay in AU nor
did she wish her parents were their she was just "making the best of it" kind of like don-kun explained. Her parents were embarressing her. She wanted to be from a "big clan" so she can be proud of her famy just like all the other rookies ( which is not a stupid matter by the way, that kitten is reall)
When tobi first appears and she tries to stop him for the first time she tells him to "stay away from this village"

And what about the movie? It was definitely my favorite out of all the naruto movies. Where did you even hear that it sucked? 0_o

Well, for one thing, despite this being Naruto and Sakura post time skip they for some unknown reason act with their super bratty personalities from way back at part 1, and that annoys some people. But what people think of the movie is very volatile. Some will love it for it's obvious fanservice, some will hate it for the same reason. It's hard for me to tell. Well one thing that bugged me was how inferior the animation quality was when compared to other Naruto movies, but then again Pierot didn't had much time to improve it since Kishi kept ordering them to change the script all the time.

Sasuke: You’re really weird (he’s using “wakaranai yatsu “, which kind of means someone he doesn’t understand) Why did you bring me here after cutting me off?

Hinata: B-Because, it looked like it was going well…

Sasuke: Huh? What’s wrong with that? Isn’t it what you wished for?

Hinata: N-No, I never wished for anything like this!

Sasuke: ‘W-what’s with her? Suddenly saying something cute. Moreover, she’s looking at me with teary eyes. kitten, what is this strange phenomenon* (not exactly sure what he said, but something along the line) I’m getting a huge effect from Hinata’s “tsun” to “dere” effect.

Hinata: I will never accept the two of you getting close together!

Sasuke: Oh, I get it.

*Ino leaves Hinata’s body*

Hinata: Ouh, where am I? And why the kitten are you here, Sasuke?! (she use “Yagaru” to indicate hatred and contempt)

Sasuke: you’re the one who brought me here. But more importantly…I’m sorry I didn’t notice until now.

Hinata: Ewww, why are you suddenly acting all flirty (not really sure what she meant by “nekodanekode”) You’re disgusting!

Sasuke: Don’t be shy now. The truth is, you like me right?

Hinata: Eh? Ehhh!?

Sasuke: if you think about it, I should have noticed it from the start. That’s why you wanted me to help you with your wish and I collaborated. But, in the end, you can’t hide your true feelings for me.

Hinata: That’s not it!

Sasuke: Really, you really had me fooled going ‘Menma, Menma’. Come here, I ‘ll return your feelings back. (he’s pretty much saying he accepts her ‘feelings for him)

Sakura wanted to apologize, Naruto seems to be the kind of person that lets things slide.
I thought of Sakura's comment as an attempt to piss of Naruto. I might be wrong of course(if I am and she really thought Sasuke would understand her - I'll only let it slide because it's not manga canon and that it was necessary for the plot), but it looked like she spoke out of anger.
Naruto behaved badly because he was in a bad mood, he had a bad day. It was wrong to take it out on the ramen chief who had nothing to do with it.

Both of their moments annoyed me because I care about them, I'm not sure who was the "worst", but the point still stands..the moment was needed for development.

Iruka was being kind of a douche too. The K11 faught off some wanabee Akatsuke members and everybody wants to promote them to jounin. Naruto who defeated Pain and saved the village? Chunnin first. I dont care if you are the most powerfull person here. I would be mad too. And Sakuras parents didnt exactly come out as sunshines either.

Yeah, but it's good to know it's made for development in the long run. If it happened in the middle and no development to work on those, then it will be messed up. So thankfully, it was. I don't remember the scene well, but when Sasuke was on the balcony, did Sakura say that he actually care for her as in "Oh wow, he actually care." I'll wait until the movie is out.

I couldn't disagree more. I don't even think it's legal to jump like that, considering safety. And look at Naruto on the battlefield. He doesn't have what it takes, maturity is necessary to be a jounin. This is not flat out stated, but you get more responsibility, you might be the leader of a mission etc. That is why step by step is important, and (I repeat)just because Iruka disapproved doesn't mean that Naruto has the right to take it out on the ramen chief.

btw, I watched the movie already. It was fun, but not as fun as I thought it would be. I think it was overhyped heh XD

Maybe not jounin and Naruto was overreacting BUT... Why bother with the chunnin exams. Even in the OVA they had to limit him. That alone makes no sense. If you have to limit a person so that other may stand a chance than why bother testing him. Even if its filler it makes a good point. Someone just promote the guy to chunnin and be done with it.

well you guys also have to keep in mind that this movie was designed for people who weren't familiar with Naruto. Of course they're going to make Naruto and Sakura braty like they were in part 1, because some of the people wouldn't know their development in the manga. Since this was centered around family there would need to be some development concerning family bonds. At first both Naruto and Sakura didn't not appreciate their parents. Sakura's mother always scolded her and the father would always support his wife so that ticked Sakura off (even if it was for her own good). Naruto didn't like the fact that his parents died if they cannot say "welcome back" when he comes home or support him. His father was just a face on the mountain. Iruka acted harshly to this because his parents sacrificed everything for the village and Naruto was being a brat about it.

After this has been addressed then there can be development. The movie would be much different and wouldn't be as emotional as it is now without this set up.

First Sakura loved the fact that she was her own boss. Eating what she wanted, wearing just underwear all day (lol) and lying her shoes where ever she wanted. Naruto didn't trust his parents, thought they were fake and acted harshly towards them. Then Sakura would realize how lonely it was to have no parents. Naruto would realized how great his parents were like.

Youtube. I guess I'll see for myself. I'm not really expecting much but you never know. The past few Naruto movies had such bad and cliche writing it's not even worth idle conversation. Since this one is big on character interactions it could either be really fun or really annoying.

Sakura was awesome in this movie. I even noticed she frustrated Obito/Menma one time (his face was serious/angry) when she kept blocking/evading his attacks. The only reason she got kicked was because she threw her kunai at him and was unarmed (and yet she was still able to block his attack until he kicked her)

And Sakura tried to defend Naruto a second time too before Naruto's parents showed up.

It's like my gf best friend saw me and my gf, and she is happy to see us getting along, so she wants to invite us to a special occasion. I don't know, connect the dots I say.

and there's the part where the konoha 11 attack akatsuki, like they'd actually do smthng like that. Attacking the whole of akatsuki, and not even wonder when they flee without much resistance

There was no confirmation that Menma and AU Sakura are lovers so why do you like to get ahead of yourself?

In the drama CD we got a hint from Hinata and Ino that Sakura might feel something for Menma, in the movie there was a hint from Kushina that Menma might like AU Sakura, there relationship seems like the canon Sakura and Naruto where we get the sense that Naruto likes Sakura and Sakura might share the same feelings for him but haven't confronted each other about their feelings.

With Menma and AU Sakura it seems the same minus the Sasuke interference or Sasuke drama as we all know.

So please no more MenSaku lovers stuff since there was no hint, it make us sound desperate and would being obvious for Team 8, they wouldn't have the need to question two lovers if they having a date, Hinata would of being way out of place threatening Sakura's life and Hinata and Sasuke would not try to break a relationship that's is already formed.

Don't you think so?

Additionally I'm more happy about Team 10 believing MenmaSaku would make Sakura very happy, and the hints we have gotten give up a clear understanding that there wasn't anything between Menma and Hinata.
