Why is it that half of Hinata's face is shown?
Why do I have a feeling that she's sad?
And why is she in the same page with the Main characters?
she is sad because she gets pregnant so early (19 years old)

The Naruto and Sasuke fight took too long. Therefore she's half Zetsu now. 
It also explains why she's sad.

I have to admit...the whole "Hinata gives Naruto the scarf" idea kinda scares me. This is Kishi and it is a time skip. So anything could happen. Which means it's possible. The mysterious woman -does- look like she's holding something that could be a scarf. She -does- look like she's waiting in the poster. Plus Naruto's words could match up with it all since it looks like Sakura is ready to go to battle in the poster and Naruto's words are 'wait for me'. Guh.
On the other hand, it wouldn't make much sense, since I kind of doubt Naruto will get to confess to Sakura by the end of the manga and it has been foreshadowing that he will sometime. Not to mention the narrator's words and the development and parallels and past RtN marketing and...aaaargh!!! This is driving me nuts!! 
Man...why do we have to wait 2 MONTHS?? I need to detach myself...this is just too much stress.

I think she would be happy since Naruto is the father. By unanimous prediction of NaruHina fans.

Don't be afraid. Just remember the comments of the narrators about Sakura and Naruto.
On this poster, it's only the anime team that's trying to tease fans for them to pay for the movie.

Want to know something true and you may dislike this but in reality, it is true in some form of way? Ok...
The fight in the manga that is going on now. Listen. If Sasuke change his way, and I do mean change his way, not personality, then that would mean people can change. And that...will tell you that Sakura loving Naruto is no longer farfetched. So in other words, the fate is really on this fight.

When Kakashi talks about Sakura's love making her suffer would you guess it's in reference of romantic feelings or more in a general sense of being unable to reach someone you care about.
I'm guessing Sakura still thinks about Sasuke in a romantic way, and will realize by the end that it became platonic, but that Kakashi already figured it out in 675 and that's why he mentions Sakura not wanting Sasuke to be hers, even if Sakura herself hasn't realized that she doesn't want Sasuke anymore.
Truth be told, figuring this out feels a little complicated. lol
No, she worries about him and him doing all this is hurting her. You don't have to love someone to worry about them.
