I see. How did that character remind you of Kishi? I'm a bit curious....

Well...I tried not to spoil but let's just say that character made a story that didn't come from him.

Now that I think about it, Naruto and Sasuke's asspull power-ups from Hagoromo was unnecessary but they did it anyways so Hinata could receive her powers from Hamura without looking out of place. I bet the whole Kaguya Arc was built for her.

Kishimoto's "I don't know how to kill Madara" was pure BS, after Hagoromo's lvl up, any of those two could kill him 1x1.

Well, think it as what if you want your story to happen but you can't do it, so you let me do it for you? Naruto pretty much did it since fans kept suggesting this and that and long behold, we got kitten in the end.

Fun Fact: there's one parallel and don't worry, it actually mean something.

Literally no doubt. Kaguya had zero depth and was thrust into the story randomly when she first appeared, but the ending gives light that she was just a way to retcon the story of the sage so Hamura could become a part of the story.

I'm afraid that is true. Kaguya was only introduced for Hinata to receive her power-up. It was done so it wouldn't look out of place. Although that's exactly what they did in the end.

That Kaguya arc didn't even help connect the Last with the manga, Hinata wasn't even important during that arc (like she ever was important anywhere since she appears randomly like a Pokemon) the movie was filled with randomness and entertainment for me, best comedy of the year!

He didn't really need kaguya to beat madara though. Naruto and sasuke with the sage's power should have been plenty enough

not the brightest idea to admit you don't have a clue on how to defeat your villain. basically he's saying he didn't plan this ahead.

 another proof that Kishi never thought that he would have to add so much arcs to his mangas before finishing it, because, Idk, when you start to write a story, you have to first plan who's gonna be the main characters, the main antagonist, their characteristics, how it's gonna end...but Kishi didn't. Maybe, a little, since he planned Naruto and Sasuke's fight 7 years ago...but nothing else, like how Naruto would become hokage ...
