The Japanese have a split reaction just like the west.  Some hate it, some don't. SasuSaku is the most popular het pairing in Japan so its natural a majority will love the ending.  NaruSaku is pretty popular too so alot also hate the ending.  As for NaruHina, I think alot already accepted it due to the movie. As in they saw it coming because of that.

You forget that shippers are a minority though. The majority of people read it for the storry, which frankly sucked ass in the ending

Why are NH fans still bashing NS shippers to the ground? Revenge for the years of NaruSaku they endured? They should just admit even they were surprised when NH became canon and that crap movie was announced.

True that. Sasuke probably ran away because of the amount of awkwardness it would entail.

 

The same goes for Narudo. Spending time outside is probably better than doing so with a doll. Heck, that's like the setting for a horror story.

699 and 700 are the last chapters, but there will be a continuation in spring, the famous New Era Project. It will be some extra-chapters.
