If true on spoilers, which I don't even care, it seems like Toneri is there to be well there. It doesn't add anything, it just there.

He's there for Hinata-sama. Cuz what better way to help her get Naruto than showing out of nowhere and making Naruto jealous  :zaru:

Seriously I did talk with my friend that love NH about the info that I saw and she was like DA HELL IS THIS CRAPPY kitten!!!

 

 

and then we talked about doing a parody photoshoot together, me as Sakura and her as Hinata, just to show the middle finger to the kitten end lol
