Hard to say. He's the supposed to be the one to bring Kaneki back. So...why?

Well, it has been hinted by Donato since chapter 12 or 13 that Amon will be the one to finally unlock Sasaki's memories. Remember, how he already showed up in one page during Sasaki's and Donato's conversation? If that is not forahadowing for future events to occur, then I don't know...

Do you think he still has his mind or is crazy like Takizawa?

I'm pretty sure he's mostly sain. I can't really give any valid proofs, but Amon is just not someone I believe to give in so easily. I mean if he was a lunatic halfghoul, he'd never have saved Saiko.

Amon is sane, he's not weak trash like Takizawa. Besides, he's gotta give sweet loving to Akira (bow chicks bow wow), there's no way he's off his rocker.

I know you're being sarcastic about this, but boy, I already feel so sad for Akira. She's going to experience a lot more pain the future when she finds out what has happened to Amon, whom she still is in love with three years later. She did not deserve this :(

Anyone else thinks that ships in :re have become a lot more numorous? At least fans are shipping a lot more different couples in :re XD

That's why it's a tragic. Like hooray for him to be alive but at what cost. This series proves there's fate worse than death. Akira is going to have to accept ghoul one day. Not just for Amon, but soon Sasaki will leave (I just know) and things won't be as black and white for her. But I got to say if Ishida plays it right, Akira can go through one hell of a development.

Also, I think it's just the way it flows. Be it canon in the end or not, the pair is there and nice.

Why? Because while Kaneki was on ghouls side all he's done - made one invetsigator intrested in his story, while Sasaki was on CCG's side - there was created a ghoul group with ghoul in rule of it.

Hell yeah, I'm looking forward to Akira meeting Amon again. I've been looking forward to that since chapter 13 or so
Uta... No one knows what side he is on. But the fact that he is the "No Face Man" is just awesome. If he can use his Kagune to change his face, imagine how often he could have fooled the characters and us readers right infront of our eyes.

B/c for him Sasaki and Kaneki are one and the same person. He does not differentiate b/w the two of them.

Oh, I hate that question so kittening much. I saw some idiot on tumblr go on about how Tg was Kaneki's story and now his story is over, and :re was Haise's story. The stupidity of it made me want to headbutt a billy goat. Stupidest thing I had heard.
