Plus, add on the fact that the world loves FPS shooters over RPGs and stealth games. And besides, the Zelda sequel hasn't even been named, let alone counted for orders. I'm pretty sure the first Modern Warfare outsold TP easily as well.

^ I lol'd. Those people who get excited of a possible Zelda sequel in 2010. And yes, MW2 will outsell Zelda TP Sequel, as you put it. I doubt the new Zelda sequel will be out on the Wii. It'll be on whatever system Nintendo deems it to be on so they can milk the crap out of the system with its peripherals.
