Why is this called Boruto or whatever when the main character is Sarada?! Sakura is the most depressing character in history

Sarada will lead the world into another war. This time to exterminate all Ninja as she sees them as pointless

Just thinking - It's sort of sad that Sakura is more like Naruto now than ever before. She's in doubt of being loved, and her daughter is cold and distant - questioning her mom if she's even married and then leaving her in the hospital. She's worried about things like home loans and laundry - she's not doing anything she worked so hard for, when the rest of the rookies shown so far are.

 

And compare Sakura to what you can imagine Hinata's life might be like? Hinata — happy, loved, no worries about money because she's the clan head, no children disrespecting her (Bolt's issue is with his dad) and questioning if their marriage is even real, and her daughter is probably angelic. So already, you can imagine that Sakura is being set up to be the polar opposite of Hinata's life, even if the whole story does revolve around Sasuke. Sakura's still being made the scapegoat. 

 

Just as she said - nothing surprises me anymore.

 

Do feel sorry for the SS fandom though. Now they know what it feels like. Bet they were hoping to bask in the glow of Sasuke's hidden affections. I can see the SK issue not being resolved until the very end. 

 

And you know, as much as it would be the ultimate blow off to Sakura to show Sarada as Karin's daughter, at this point it would be ridiculous if she wasn't Karin's daughter. Because if, at the end of the series, Sarada is shown as truly being Sakura and Sasuke's natural child, then that means Kishimoto did it again: He sacrificed a character just to pull a bait and switch with the plot. It would mean everything about Sarada was designed to make her look like Karin so the audience would be fooled. For Sakura's storyline, the upside of having a daughter would be thrown out so she could look like someone else. Sakura loses out because Kishimoto has dumped everything about her character in Sarada and replaced it with Karin. 

 

So I don't know which disgusts me more:

 

The fact that Sarada might be Karin's daughter, and therefore Sakura is left to loveless shell of a marriage, raising her husband's love child as her own?

 

Or that Sarada might be Sakura and Sasuke's natural child, in which case she was made to look like Karin just to fool the audience (so it's basically like SS is robbed of what their true child would have looked like because Kishimoto wanted to screw with the plot).

 

Wow you took the words right out of our mouths!! Sakura could not have gotten a bigger F-you.  She got an F-you at the ending, she got an F-you in the Last, and now she's got an F-you in the next generation series.  Kishimoto just hates her, I'm convinced of it now.

Meanwhile sweet delicious Hinata has her happy ending with the Hokage man she loves.  Naruto abandoned his own best friend for her, Sakura-haters got everything they ever wanted.

All this tea from one chapter though. I'm betting right now that Naruto and Sakura are gonna end up having a moment together that'll erupt the fandom into flames again.

I feel sad for Sakura. Her character just plummeted into the ground and the new series first chapter is like a soap opera. Especially the last page when Karin and Sasuke photo is shown.

When I think about it... Sakura is probably close to where Naruto is working (Shizune is still the Hokage assistant and could inform him). It could be nice if they have a moment where he says that the genju... I mean passion is gone from hinakittens as well.

It was just one chapter, like the Uchiha Sasuke chapter which introduced Sasuke and was his focus, though I wouldn't mind if she was the main because I like her and Chocho more than Bolt.

Even if it's one chapter, the first chapter is to get to know a bit of the main protagonist or a prologue before the protagonist shows up but it didn't do that, it was focus on Sarada, that's why I question it

Omg I had a terrible point. Sasuke is like the Jiraiya of Boruto world. That's why he will be hi sensei in the movie.
