Honestly, this person must have dropped on his head multiple times as a baby. First there has been no meetings between the two between the two since her orignal confession. Season even if there had it has only been a couple of weeks since that confession, so there would be no way of telling even with the magic x-ray pervert eyes, and most importantly even if that is all true what does it say for that pairing when Naruto agreed with his father when asked if Sakura is his girlfriend?

 

Some people have no logic. Just to prove my point :Some fans thought this was official artwork confirming the pairing was canon in the movie.
