Not much to say, barely anything happened XD just some hype up for the coming fights although I hope all the characters gather again like Aoshi and Sejiro 
somewhat disappointed things turned a little sour with Taro and Asahi for the time being but I hope that things patch up for real between them in the future because I have shipping expectations 
Btw While I understand Asahi's Anxiety about Kenshin I feel that the irony is Kenshin blamed no one but himself for Tomoe so yeah

Like Phantom said, there isn't much to comment on since this all a setup for the following chapter. Speaking of which, I got a look at the Raw scans of Chapter 14 and we are in for a heck of reunion.
