Ultra Rare was the popular idol in the previous 4 seasons. Saya is now the new popular idol of this generation, and the new Bermuda Triangle user.

 

So, according to Chrono's aunt, Mikuru, Chrono's father disappeared because of Vanguard. The reason behind his disappearance is still a mystery. That's why Mikuru showed her awful expression when she heard the word "Vanguard." That means she doesn't play Vanguard.

 

It makes sense to me that a mystery man whom Ibuki knew and a person who gave Chrono a Gear Chronicle deck is definitely Chrono's father.

I've been busy these days. *sigh*

 

Vanguard G episode 35

The "Chrono's father's disappearance" mystery is getting revealed little by little. His name is Rive/Raibu (still having a debate for the spelling lol). If his hair color is blue, then Chrono's mother's is red? Y u do dis Bushiroad? What? He died? But I'm sure he didn't and he's just hiding somewhere.

 

So it was revealed that Shin's former teammates were Aichi's former teacher, Mark and Rive/Raibu. Interesting.

 

Murakumo as his main clan? Shin's real name is Shinemon?

 

It was also revealed that Shin and Mikuru (Chrono's aunt) have known each other. Finally, I found Shin's soon-to-be-girlfriend. I began shipping them.

 

The most interesting in this episode is Shin playing Vanguard with Chrono. Finally!   If Shin uses Murakumo against Misaki's Oracle Think Tank or Genesis, it'll gonna be exciting. 

 

Chrono receives another Gear Chronicle units and G-units along with a soba noodle soup. He's such a lucky boy that he didn't need to buy cards ever since the first episode of Vanguard G. I'm sure his father did this thing. Gear Chronicle is an uncommon clan for Vanguard world, and yet, it exists on planet Cray.

I'm certain that Shin's profile on Vanguard wiki is updated so I checked on it. I saw his age and I was like, "wait what, is he that old now?"   

 

10 years ago from the first season timeline, Shin was like 16-18 years old (judging from Shin's school uniform that has the same as Kai's) when Misaki's parents died due to car accident. It means that Shin's age in the first season is like 26-28. Misaki was 16 years old when she was introduced. It means that her age is 6 when her parents died. In Vanguard G, Misaki is now 20 years old. Shin should be around 30-32 years old now.
