Imari is Shinto god of rice(field). Nine tail fox is his/her messenger. Its pointless to try to understand kishimoto's mind. Until he says what Sarada name really represents its useless to debate it
I still think it means salad though
In naruto he's a builder.

There are many reasons why Kishimoto did what he did with the manga. The ones I can come up with:
-He sold his soul for money forgeting the true ending he had in mind.
-He was pressured by his editors to make NH/SS because their famous world wide.
-He got sick of his manga and decided to end it with a WTF ending.
-He just doesn't how ends the manga because he's an ignorant, arrogant fool and a douche.

him being a builder can be connected to the industry and worldly success part.
After all, his actions help in bringing prosperity to the village.

no..
it has more probabilities to not be that :/
the "story" behind naruto's name was invented after naruto was named like that. dude, Kishimoto even said he was going to call shinachiku to naruto's son, that's other name for menma. menma was the name of dark naruto in rtn :/
kishimoto always use mythological dudes in his story?? go and try to find what you just said on EVERY character of naruto and I will believe you. but that's not the case, right? he uses mytogical things for his story in general, not to name everyone.
japanese have a diferent name for the same hindu goddess . so, if he was going to name her anything, it would be with the name he's supposed to know.
i really don't think there is more probabilities than 0.1% to be based on hindu mythology this time.

asura? if we go by your logic, he should've been named oni.
But straightforward names are no fun.
And naruto is basically the first character he thought of, not a very appropriate time in the story for thinking about names too much, dont you think?, Then, too he tried to make naruto live up to his name later. He follows a trend, I, and the tvtropes and wikia guys made the connection to the the goddess, and ta da! the burrito and salad joke is old.
xD
and I did tell you, there was symbolism used in the names of almost all main characters.
And him him giving Boruto And himawari meaningful names, but not Sarada, is unlikely..

my point is that there are characters that have a name without a special meaning (because i believe everyone has meaning anyway) then sarada could be one of the cases.
lol, first you say is because jiraiya and now you accept that is not? kitten.
no you didn't tell me because this is the first time we talk. dude, kakashi means scarecrow. sakura is a common name. and naruto is named after food.
but not what you thought of. boruto and himawari are names based on neji and the hyugas (or hinata) respectively. there is not a name based on something biggers as what you think sarada is.
