Thing about Cracked is, they're usually right on point. And they're right- it really doesn't matter that he stole cigars.
If that's true then this must have been an off day for them.
(1) The marijuana: They are correct in that it stays in their system for an extend period of time. However, the author doesn't really take the extra step and tell us anything about the toxicology report. To my knowledge the amount in his system is not reported. That would give a better idea of how much he has been using, but the author doesn't tell you. He just relies on the 40 day numbers and says it doesn't matter.
Yes, the sources he quote jump the gun for the reason above. But in whining about them he make the same mistake.
(2) Summarily declaring the Robbery doesn't matter. This is so lazy. Saying that it, alone, doesn't justify the shooting, is not the equivalent of it doesn't matter at all. It's really not very hard to imagine ways it which it will be quite relevant, especially if this case turns into a credibility whizzing match among witnesses (and if reports about witnesses supportive of Wilson are accurate if will be exactly that). Ultimately, it's weight in this case will depend on quality the other evidence presented, but thats not what the guy does.
