Not sure how this "spoiler" got in, shouldn't Kaguya obtain all power in the world? So if having that, that's like having it as a part.

 

You know, it's funny but true that whoever eats that fruit should be considered the final boss automatically. That's like you can't get more final than that.

Isn't Byakugan a deviation of Sharingan, which itself evolves into Rinnegan? It'd be odd for her to have Byakugan specifically. If anything she'd have all of them or something new entirely.

Unless something changes, I don't see how any of this has any baring on any pairing.

Besides, as some said, it's 4/1 and bogus claims and info run rampant on this day. If it doesn't sound right, it probably isn't.

 

That's right, I forget about that for a moment. Even if Kaguya did have a doujutsu of some kind, it wouldn't be the byakugan. Looks like that theory is shot in the foot.

I've been thinking about the Juubi being split in two. We still don't know if the Rikudou eventually received the other side but here is what I'm thinking. I have a feeling that Kishi did this because of the Naruto vs Sasuke fight. Because how exactly can you make the fight between Naruto and Sasuke bigger than what we saw so far. And the way I see it is Sasuke gets the other side of the Juubi if there is such a side out there. As for Naruto most likely the Bijuus will help him since it fits the whole "Others will make you strong". Thoughts?

Btw, if we go by Hagoromo's words, he said something like his mother came from far away land to eat the fruit of that tree and when she ate that fruit she got what we come to know as 'chakra'. 'CHAKRA' specifically, it was never implied that she was granted some dojutsu or something, its just 'plain chakra'. And she passed on that chakra to her two sons, out of which one(Hagoromo) is stated to have dojutsu-Rinnegan and the second, well, not declared yet. It might be possible for his brother to either have a dojutsu different than a Rinnegan or Rinnegan itself(Since they are twins), or no dojutsu at all! To sum it up, I still don't know how could Kaguya have Byakugan, a dojutsu which is definitely weaker than Rinnegan(which is possessed by one/both of her sons)!

I want to respect the buddhism here, but I didn't want parallels to be this direct and I don't think reincarnations added much to the story.  Maybe I would find something if I analyze it, but I'm not that type. It just make me love Sakura-chan even more. : )

I agree with you about Sakura. Now, for this whole reincarnation, well we will see what this whole thing amount to? We don't know for sure why RS is there in the first place. What is there to be said that's not already said in terms of rivalry? The timing, while foreshadowing, seems a bit odd since Madara is still roaming around conquering. So yeah, I guess we do have to wait.

that's not a manga fact, the idea was from part one kakashi's rumor "they say the uchiha clan's origins lie with hyuga clan" but after the sage/sons' story and senju vs uchiha history, that rumor is nothing. when hashirama first built the village he only mentioned sarutobi clan and shimura clan(danzo's)

the hyuga are only as important as the inuzuka/aburame, but people seem to hype hyugas a lot.

As you say, their role in the story is overblown and it's the Rinnegan that is treated as the pinnacle of eye jutsu.

You know, it's kind of funny.  Comparatively speaking, the Byakugan has never struck me as particularly amazing.  

 

I mean, maybe compared to regular sight it would be cool and useful, but it pales (pardon the pun) next to the Sharingan and Rinnegan.  

 

Even more than the Sharingan and Rinnegan, the Byakugan seems like a contrivance to make its users occasionally relevant.
