Today is Day 8 - NaruSaku Fanfics/Prompts/OneShots!

“I’m fine.”

“I’ll be the judge of that.” Sakura announced as she rounded the Hokage desk.

“He’s not fine” Shikamaru declared.

“You stay out of this.” Naruto grumbled.

Placing her palm against Naruto’s forehead Sakura waited a beat before saying, “Naruto, Shikamaru called me over because he’s concerned.”

Naruto glanced over at his adviser who leaned casually against the office wall. 

“The Hokage is not supposed to be dazing off and looking anxious. People are going to start thinking we’re on the verge of war” Shikamaru said.

“I’m fine” Naruto reiterated.

Sakura tsked as she pulled her hand away from Naruto’s face, “Actually you’re not getting enough sleep and I’ve been saying that for a few days now.”

“Why won’t anyone believe me when I say I’m fine?”

“I didn’t think he was getting enough sleep either” Shikamaru declared.

“Red eyes, ruffled hair, fatigue, it’s pretty obvious” Sakura announced.

“Guys I’m fine!”

“Is it the flu?” Shikamaru suggested. “Shouldn’t the nine-tails be automatically healing him?”

 “It doesn’t work like that and you both know it!” Naruto shouted.

A heavy sigh escaped Sakura’s lips as she slowly made her way back around the Hokage’s large desk. “I have my suspicions of what the problem is.”

“Is it something we should be concerned about?” Shikamaru asked.

“It’s troublesome that’s for sure.”

“Hey that’s my line.”

Frustrated Naruto threw his hands up in the air. “You guys are just doing this to bug me aren’t you? Where’s the respect for the Hokage?”

then i went off to watch minato / kushina's episodes..

minatoxkushina relationship dynamics is so similar to narutoxsakura, naturally i support it.

my friend recommended the movie haha

the part that made me a shipper in the beginning.. is that minato save kushina moment in anime.

for narutoxsakura, i came to like it coz of their interactions, plus they're very similar to each other too. #1 energetic couple in narutoverse lol.
