I think bird summon is uchiha favorite summon. Like itachi crow and sasuke hawk

I've run across a lot of unhappy fans from different sites. For the most part, they feel that Kishimoto is trolling. Of course, the reason for that is partially because he decided to not do anything with Sakura for years, and then laid everything out on the table all at once. I don't blame some of them for thinking these developments are a tad unbelievable.

 

Like I said earlier, it would have been a lot better if he had revealed bits and pieces of Sakura's power throughout Part Two. I mean, he could have at least shown her summoning a smaller slug sometime between the start of Shippuden and now. At least then we would know that she has a contract with them...

 

Better late than never, I guess, but his tardiness is going to be my biggest complaint about the way she's been developed.

Sasuke asspulled a hawk..fine, but that's not even his main summoning. Katsuyu is one of Tsunade's signature techniques. I think Sakura should've done this already in the Pain arc when Tsunade was down, but better late than never.

Well I don't see why Sasuke can't summon a snake anymore, he did detach himself of that ninjutsu after he defeated his brother but that's because the sharingan feels superior.

The Hawk summon unless there's a LOTR summon feels like a scout/rapid extraction summon not a combat one like a huge snake would be. And to answer your question if Sasuke would need to get away it could be with a hawk,

Now Sai also has aerial capabilities and if he heals by the time that happens it would be interesting to see a dog fight.

 

I believed the same thing as well but for whatever reason Sasuke chose not to conjure up snakes anymore until now. Even in situations where it may have been effective to use one either for offensive or defencive purposes.

 

Aerial maneuverability is incredibly efficient to have with you as we saw with Deidara being able to competently avoid Gaara's massive sand techniques for some time. Not only does it make it more difficult for opponents to attack but a greater range of attack patterns is offered as well. Could you imagine a mobile Susanoo that is capable of raining down Amaterasu projectiles from above with the probability of retaliation being lessened due to your ability to fly? It's a ridiculous scenario but an interesting one.

I know, I love Sai. :( I don't want him to just get shot down right away. He deserves a little focus, too...

Edit: @Slextrem I agree. The reason why it's so hard to swallow for some is because Kishi went for so long without showing Sakura, and I can see why. Just having this all laid out at once isn't very good writing. It was definitely foreshadowed a lot, but still. Her power should have been sprinkled throughout all of Shippuuden, but at least it happened at all.

But Slex, we had the covers, we had her train with Tsunade, called second Tsunade, Chiyo said that she will surpass her master, asked Tsunade about reverse summoning.

How can people be that blind?

There were small details here and there but because that was Sakura everyone ignored it and now they call it asspull... It's their own fault, really. Not Kishi's.

Yes I can imagine. Ever since I saw his susanoo had a bow and arrow, and coupled with other abilities like Kirin or how he can extend his chidori ( nevermind his genjutsu and amaterasu) makes him a mostly ranged (probably mid range) fighter.

I don't know about you folks, but the comparison to the Sannin in my opinion really drives the point of NaruSaku more. The whole Jiraiya gets killed just after Tsunade told him stop pretending thing. This time Naruto won't make the same mistake.
