It kinda looks like the flashbacks (at least Hashirama's) will be over soon. Great!

Those last couple pages though... I swear, if Hashirama even considers Madara's demand, even just a thought, I will facepalm so hard. Like, c'mon, he's your brother.

I wonder if something similar to this situation will happen with Naruto and Sasuke... _{maybe he'll tell naruto to kill sakura}
Though knowing Naruto, his response would just make me dislike him even more.

Well, back to waiting for Sakura again... Lol.

I'm pretty sure its because back during the Wave arc when Kakashi reviled his Sharingan, Sasuke said that the Shaingan was something that awakened in only a few members of the Uchiha clan.

Yes i know. And in a way he was, but the way the story unfolded it doesn't seem like Madara will make peace with Hashirama. So I'm thinking that the Uchiha abandon Madara and join Hashirama. But Hashirama wanting to honor his friend decides to establish Madara as the co-founder. And it makes a little sense. Tobirama and the others of Senju had no qualms killing Uchiha but Hashirama forced his clan's hand into making peace with Uchiha.

the problem with that is that we have had an actual panel in the manga that shows Hashirama and Madara shaking hands in Konoha, and if I'm not mistaken it was also stated in the manga that Madara defected shortly after Hashirama was chosen over him to be the First Hokage.

Well considering Obito claimed that the Nine-Tails attack was a natural occurrence, and so far nothing Itachi has said has officially been disproven (although the whole Madara taking Izuna's eyes thing looks to be disproven, this could be something Itachi concluded based on what he thought Madara was like, of course it is also possible that Obito told him this when he was posing as Madara) I'm inclined to believe Itachi.

Not sure what to say about the kyuubi. First attack whould be madara. Secomd attack was when mito had a child ( i think it coincedes with kin and ginkaku being eaten thou 2 weeks?) and third would be at naruto's birth. Tbe Uzumakis were pretty good at sealing so natural attacks would have been before the illage eras

do you guys remember that during the pain arc minato said something to naruto . that was he learnt something when kurama attacked the village . could that be related to the privious attacks of kurama or just that fight ?

It just occurred to me that Hashirama is actually crazy strong and always has been a lot more powerful than Madara . Kishi confirms that the Senju as a whole were more powerful than the Uchiha , and then there is their final fight in which Hashirama wins against a Madara in his prime plus the full chakra Kyuubi . That really makes Madara seem really weak by comparison . I think Kishi might redo a fight between the Edo Mada and Edo Hashirama , and that is why he gave Edo Madara 2 power ups : Senju cells and rinegan . That would definitely be a fight to watch .

Also , this makes me wonder about Sasuke and Orochimaru , and how they will handle their current situation . He brought all Kage at near full strength and he already lost control of Hashirama , so it is clear that the one calling the shots there at the moment is the 1st Hokage . Sasuke's group does not stand a chance if Hashirama does not like their decision and for sure they can not touch the village at this point .

Madara wants fairness. His brother was injured and died from this injury that one of the Senju clan caused it. It's like Sasuke's idea on avenging his brother but Madara not destroying, but getting even with the Senjus in a harmful way.

Alas Two-Face from TDK. That's how I see Madara. Sure, he was against Senju back then, but the fact that his love for his brother was so strong, his loss can trigger him to a new person, one which can never return to the former days.

No there was only two attacks, Kushina said that Mito's seal almost broke during childbirth, my guess is that Kumo was founded shortly after Konoha and Kinkaku and Ginkaku got to Kurama a couple weeks before Madara did.

Looks like the flashbacks won't last as much as I thought .... thank goodness!

I was surprised that the HashiMada friendship ended so quickly, but not that Madara ended it. After all, he's the Sasuke parallel. But when I saw his reasons for it ... seriously, are all Uchiha's that weak-minded? I swear, they're the most depressing and pessimestic group ever. Uchihas are manipulated so easily, they lose hope easily, and they're so selfish! Except Itachi. My god, compare Madara to Hashirama. Or hell, even Sasuke to Naruto. Naruto and Hashirama always believe in themselves and have faith in peace, they don't give up easily. Blind idealism, you could say. And Madara and Sasuke? They just give up on actually trying to improve things and instead lash out at other people for their own selfish desire to make themselves feel better. God, it's so annoying!

Though I find it interesting to note that Madara awakened his Sharingan the day he ended his friendship with Hashirama, indicating it was a painful and traumatic moment for him even though he did look angry. Reminded me of when Sasuke awakened his 3rd tomoe during his battle with Naruto in the Valley of the End.

Looks like Madara actually took his brother's eyes when he was already dead, proving Itachi's words a lie. I guess we can't trust what Itachi he says, he's the best liar in the Naruto series (Besides Kabuto). xD And Madara's ultimatium to Hashirama about either killing himself or his brother was so irrationally selfish, I actually got pissed a little. Reminded me way too much of Sasuke emotional rant to Kakashi: "Bring back Itachi ... and my mother and my father. And my Clan! Bring them all back, then I'll stop!!"

Madara's shades of Sasuke in him are very clear now in these flashbacks, unlike earlier. And just like Sasuke, he has the tendency to annoy me with his stupid, selfish, butthurt whining. Madara's a badass villain but seriously. His personality is just jacked.

Anyway, despite my newfound hatred for Madara (Already had that earlier with what he did to Tsunade. Now it's just stronger), I really did enjoy his chapter. The flashbacks are getting better, I'm glad. Here's hoping the flashbacks finish in about 2 or 3 more chapters

I totally agree with you dude. To be honest, I haven't liked where they story has gone for a while. Getting bored and tired of Kishi taking a big fat doo-doo on my favorite character.

I think he's already aware of that, and he said on an interview that was posted here that the flashbacks were to give him a momentum, and he's giving an huge speedbump already showed up how izuna died and how he got the eternal mangekyou i think 1 or 2 more chapters and the flashbacks will end.
