Heh, this is nothing compared to trying to fit just exactly where River Song and the Doctor are in their respective timelines- especially when there are time shifts within episodes. Now that's a challenge to keep straight!

So, we know for sure that all this Sasuke stuff is happening at the same time as the battle.
By the time we return, where will the battle be? Kishi can't make this Sasuke arc TOO long or else things will get really screwy.
So I think when we return, it won't be at the same point (Naruto facing Madara and Obito), but the time we return, I assume most of the chakra Naruto gave people will be gone. Naruto could be exhausted again. Juubi will be running rampant in the background? Not sure where Sakura would fit into all of this.
