Nahhh Sakura bashers will never ever stop hating Sakura no matter what she do or if their lives depend on it. Even if she was kidnapped because she has no choice they will still say "stupid Sakura so useless cant do anything right why the hell did kishi write a character like her???" or something like that.

Wow, what a plot. I'm leaning towards the train of thought that Kabuto is behind this attack and he could be planning the kidnapping of Sakura. Though the kidnap/capture of Sakura could be a secondary goal with the primary goal being to disable the Shinobi Alliance's means of healing.

One thing bugs me about Neji. Since he's appeared in the medical tent he hasn't used his Byakugen once. I find that odd, especially since he convinced all of the other medics that he was going to find the murder with his "eyes." Also, did he use weapons against the medics? There were blood splashes, something that if he used the gentle fist wouldn't appear.

I predict that love-letter guy will end up getting killed trying to protect Sakura since he's still in the tent with her. Can't wait until next week!

Hmm, excellent points about Neji! His strikes definitely looked bare-handed, but they also were not in the Gentle Fist style at all. That lends credence to the theory that Neji has somehow been duplicated or replaced.

Yep I'd say that evil Neji is an impostor and not Neji being controlled. He didn't use byakugan or any of Neji's standard attacks.

About this chapter; It's a Zetsu clone clearly, but where is the real Neji then? That is the real question. So, I think that Neji has probably been captured and a Zetsu clone was transformed into him.

Rereading.... Kiba (who looks very grown up btw) points out the the medic camp "coordinates are behind the centerpoint of all the squads." So tactically, if the enemy can infiltrate there, then they can surround the shinobi out fighting. So it's not just, 'hey let's take out the medics.' It's 'hey let's force everyone into one area where no one can retreat.' And this works well if you are planning a mass attack on a large group of people, as we know Madara is.

Also, it appears Neji did NOT get a genjutsu from looking at the moon. The first panel is the moon, but the next has Neji looking across the field in some apparent distress. He is also shown with scores of other shinobi. So if Neji were genjutsued from the moon, all those other men would be as well.

Right about Neji with the kunai, missed that. It may be that this is the real Neji, he is just being controlled and therefore not capable of using his byakugan or mystical palm techniques which require concentrate thought and chakra. Kabuto is controlling the zombies like puppets, and has full access to their complete range of skills. (For this reason I think it's Neji, not Hiazshin — his father, however it's spelled.) But it may turn out that a lower level of genjutsu control takes over the body but cannot trigger the inherited techniques. In this case, whoever is in control of Neji has access to his battle prowess, but not his bloodline abilities. Just a thought.

As for the theory about Sasuke's involvement in this - that he told kabuto or Madara...I don't believe that, because as far as I know, I don't think that Sasuke is aware that there is a war raging out. At least, We haven't been shown about it.

And he certainly does not know about Kabuto being sided with Madara. Don't forget that Kabuto has bargained for Sasuke to make the deal with Madara. Kabuto wants Sasuke dead because he killed Oro.

So, logically, there can't be any Kabuto/Sasuke teaming.

I think people are reading too much into the kidnapping Sakura thing to get to Naruto, It's as they said if the medic corp were killed off and were fooled into mistrusting each other it would cripple the opposition as a injured Ninja would be a useless ninja forced to retire because nobody would be there to heal the. as they say devide and conquor.

I still think it's Itachi and Negato being controlled to control Negi, it could be because of his Byakugan, the combined power of the MS and Rinnigan can take control of the third and lets face it weakest dōjutsu from the three we've seen. Or it could be Madara controlling Neji through the Mooneye plan of his, if the Ten Tails really is the source of the three dōjutsu, then it's possible that the ones with the dōjutsu would be the weakest against them aswell.

But I did find the comment about Dan interesting, it's possible that it could be him as well, but with the way the full moon was shwon with the clouds parting makes me think it's him being controlled using the power of it.

about Neji...Most likely he is possessed by some kind of power and suppose further that might have something to do with Itachi and Nagato.

First, Neji seemed to be looking at the moon, suddenly has a little blackout and recovers slightly. Then there are the former members of Akatsuki talking. The moon image is shown at the time Itachi mentions his "powers of illusion. When the killer, at that time still unknown, is about to kill the doctors jounins the moon is there again. It may just be coincidence, or it might not.

why didn't neji turn into a giant monkey? Oh wait wrong manga lol....but seriously, I don't know if the moon has anything to do with the stuff thats been happening yet. If it did I think more people would have been affected.Neji's wobbling was due to using the byakugan for close to 13 or 14 hours straight. Of course hes going to be exausted.
