I been waiting for this hug for a while now. Did anyone notice the little girl during the hug. Not a word I use alot but I thought it was kinda cute. She even knew there was something romantic about it and we don't who she is. Wait! Is she the one Sakura saved? Don't know. Mr. Clueless as always.

No, different little girl- clothes and hair are different than Tami's.

I think the episode was okay, especially Sakura's hug. What I didn't like was the part in which the people threw Naruto in the air. Two words: cliche and corny.

I liked it a lot, it just felt right to me, and it was in the chapter. The only thing the anime added was who was doing it. And who they picked fit pretty well- Sakura- of course! Gai and Lee, two more obvious choices, Kiba is the only one of Team Kurenai that would have the personality to get into that sort of thing, and Ino is the most likely of Team Asuma. Tenten has that kind of personality too, but if she was there then it would have been too many of Team Gai, but they did show her being very into it from the sidelines.

They might do it to make Sakura jealous I can see it now. Ino oggling at Naruto that he's cool and strong and Sakura grittening her teeths trying to keep her cool and not going berserk.

I just realized what the next big filler in the anime that's going to drive us nuts...the sakura sasuke fight

Knowing the animators they will make it very SS one sided giving fan service to the SS fandom (even if they have been very quiet lately after 483 and 484 ).

They could add more nonsense flashbacks from Karin's part to show how awesome Sasuke actually is or, better yet, doing like they did with Hinata's confession and adding Sakura's flashback of her and Sasuke just to make Sasuke cooler and give more 'credibility' for SS

Also like it was shown from the manga Naruto's POV remembering part 1 Sakura when it comes to Sasuke. The animators might show both POV to add more drama.

I hope they'll do it like that. I even hope that Kishi sends Naruto back to the village for him and Sakura to have some big moment that the animators can't possibly ignore. It would have to be something that would force them to make it more true to narusaku and not add anything extra to sasusaku at all despite there preferences (NOTE: I don't think everyone on the animation team for naruto shippuden are naruhina fans, I'm sure there's narusaku fans and fans of other pairings on the staff). I hope that by the time Naruto gets back to the Leaf, we would have a moment with Naruto and Sakura or Sakura with Tsunade, Ino, whatever way Kishi wants to handle it that would confirm that Sakura loves Naruto and has moved on from her childish crush on Sasuke a long time ago and only cares about him as a friend. Remember that we still don't know the full picture of were Sakura stands on her feelings but I'm confident that Kishi won't let all that development for narusaku go to waste.

I wanna see Kishi finally take a stand and spazz out at the animators. i mean he might not watch the actual anime, but if he saw what they did at the hinata filler and he's truly going for narusaku....i can see a big angry Kishi??? hahaha.....take a stand and make then add in a whole bunch of narusaku filler for the next big arc with narusaku opening, narusaku songs, narusaku filler, narusaku songs, more narusaku songs, narusaku endings, narusaku ending songs, narusaku omake and narusaku slogans!

there in lies the cruxt of your dilemma. your feeling the confession was a lie. but I have a little suprise for you.

It wasnt a lie.

in fact it was very much the truth. what the problem with the confession was, was that Sakura was trying to do two different things at once.

She was imultaneously trying to protect naruto and confess her feelings. As Ive stated in the past protecitng someone and confessing are different as night and day. protecting requires that you close off yourself or someone else in order to not hurt them or let them be hurt.

Confessing requires that you open yourself up and make yourself vulnerable to being rejected or hurt.

but you cant look right and left at the same time like sakura did. She tried to open up to him and let him know she was open to his feelings and interested. At the same time she tried to protect him from the rookies decision and subsequently the pain he would feel when Sai revealed the truth to him.

If you want the real kicker though that shows how much she loves him. try this on for size.

everyone makes such a big deal about Hinatas suicide run agaisnt Pein to protect Naruto. She sacraficed herself for him they say.

Well Ive got a bigger one. no one seems to remember that Sakura was willing to make a bigger sacrafice then her life.

She was willing to give up her heart and any chance that Naruto would love her. her mind set was such that when Naruto didnt believe her confession she turned to the only thing she could do. She decided she would kill Sasuke herself.

she would kill the first and most important bond Naruto had, and thus in her mind and thought process Naruto would hate her for it.

this is a sacrafice on the order of the Promise of a Lifetime. Where Naruto sacrafices any chance he thinks he has to be with Sakura for her happiness. for Sakura she attnmpts to sacrafice any happiness she might have to keep Naruto safe.

if that isnt Love I dont know what is.

Yep Naruto realized that he was wrong when the team seven picture in his mind shattered, he has come to realized that Sakura has developed feelings for him and she's no longer the same Sasuke fan girl she was once.
