Just because we never saw Sakura parents saying to her to stay away for Naruto in the manga, doesn't mean they never did that, after all, 90% of the adults of Konoha hated Naruto, what would make Sakura parents different? But than again, I am not saying this is the reason for her to dislike him, Sakura is not the kind that mistreat the others because someone says so, but I guess you got my point right?

When Sakura realized her feelings?

if Sakuras parents reactions to Naruto were so negative then I can assure you some mention would have been made either by those parents, or by Sakura herself as to what that reaction is.
it can be safely assumed that since we have never seen any reaction from them at all mentioned or shown, that at absolute worst they are cautiously neutral, and willing to let Naruto prove himself on his own.

Er...you mean whether Sakura realizes her feelings or not you think it's pretty clear that she does love Naruto ? Knowing and realizing are virtually the same thing...or am I missing something ?(wouldn't be the first time...)

I've pretty much given up debating this sort of thing...While I'd say the manga is blatantly narusaku and they're merely confused with the way things are at the moment, I can't help but also consider the possibility that their relationship may honestly never have a real conclusion.(or beginning depending on how you want to look at it...) It's a shonen manga and to top it off an alternate pairing is the majority of it's fanbase...Kishi would probably be better off not giving a definitive pairing for Naruto.

Even tough I adimit shonen have problems with developing romantic relationships with main characters, I think Naruto and Sakura relationship will have a closure, a theme in Naruto that Kishimoto aways used is that Naruto fight to gain what lacked in his whole life, one is to be reconized by the others (something he achieved), other is to become Hokage so people will acknowledge his talent, and another that I believe he also might desire, is to know what is to have a family, and I believe that with Sakura he could gain that, they could raise their kids together, taught what they know, be an example, share their love, and I think that Naruto need to pass through this kind of experience in order to achieve true hapiness.
