See now I actually loved school days because it reached the point of being so bad it was good. Call me a psychopath but I was laughing all the way through, even in the ending.

 

If I had to name an anime that was just plain bad it would have to be Magical Warfare.

 

School days got so terrible is was like a horror comedy where every twist and turn made you lose your sides.

I can't say I've watched too many bad animes, most tend to get dropped within a a few weeks so I can't really consider them as bad animes watched, On the top of my head I'd say Guilty Crown is an anime I watched most of the episodes of and did not like at all. The artwork and cast for that anime was so great, and even the premise was really interesting, yet the final product was so bland and uninteresting....I gave it more chances than any other show, the production values were so high they had to be a reason for it, but in the end it just never got interesting and couldn't get to the end.

Yeah my main problem with Sword Art Online is that Kirito is the the top gamer/one of the top gamers for.............. absolutely no reason. Not to say it's a bad anime I'm just not hooked on it. School Days I avoided like the plague.

 

Me? well I haven't encountered and anime I would say is the worst yet, But I admittedly haven't watched that many.

Eiken!  Fully agreed.

 

There are very few series with absolutely NO redeeming qualities, but Eiken definitely falls into that category.

 

A lot of the ones mentioned above have something going for them, even if it's just some cool animation here and there.  Eiken? Nope. Nothing.  Don't Google it, it's not safe for work.  

 

"Bludgeon to death angel Dokoru-chan" isn't supposed to be logical.  It's farcical comedy.  Logic? Screw that!  It does have one redeeming quality, though: "Excalibolg" is the greatest name for a club with spikes, ever.   It's also clearly aimed for middle schoolers, considering all the potty humor.

 

I must go back into the annals of time to find one more show with no redeeming qualities, and that show would be "Wedding Peach." It's a Sailor Moon ripoff, but instead of sailor suits, they get wedding dresses.

Any anime based on otome game. (With the exception of Kamigami no Asobi and Uta Pri) Almost all the heroines have one dimensional character with the sole purpose of getting the boys fall in love with her. She's bland and her world revolves with bishounens. Reminds me of Hinata.

First off, these aren't terrible; Fairy tail and SAO. They're both too generic, cliché, and typically sexist where I'm not even upset. I just facepalm, which is an even worse sign. Sometimes I'm embarrased of them lol. AOT too, they messed the manga up badly. Even with beautiful music and animation.

Other than that, I would have to say Hyouka. Yes, I know my pick is very very very tame and nonsensical compared to others, but the thread says worst anime I've ever watched and that would have to be it. There's nothing particularly wrong with it except that I thought it was boring, bland and pointless. So I ended up watching a few episodes and just gave it up. So yeah... I guess I should consider myself pretty lucky if that was the worst anime I've watched.  I usually go with the proven and popular ones so most of them are good, I don't stray too much.

I wouldn't say its bad, i just don't like it. Well actually it is horrible lol but then again we have to think of the purpose of this show.. and that is guilty pleasure.

Yep i admit i tried watching it because of the "hot guys" lol but i realized that it takes more than just good looks for me to consider someone hot.

Because on this show they just appear to me us horny, insecure jerks.

Okay I will finally make a contribution. Naruto (I doubt anyone here will disagree at this point). SAO, no more needs to be said all my problems with it are covered, it is just a virgin/ Otaku wish fulfillment in all honesty. School Days, also nothing needs to be said although the ONLY thing I enjoyed about it is how much it deconstructs the Harem Genre to hell and back and portrays the realistic consequences of it, cause at this point I am just plain sick of harems (note the only ones I follow are those I have picked up long before It started to annoy me, and trust me I roll my eyes even at them a lot).  Blood - C. Well I may have a different pov than most here but I did not enjoy it at all. I found the plot pointless and needlessly depressing cause again I failed to see the point of the plot. It was a downer ending over all that didn't feel fulfilling in the least to me
