Yeah, but not as big as narusaku, depends if chrona is a boy or a girl, but even if its a boy still not really. So, to answer your question, yes.

Well actually there are people that do ship Maka and Crona. Though I tend to like it just as a cute friendship. And Kid is usually paired up with Liz, though there are some fics where he is paired with both of them.

^^ Hahahaha, yeah, that's actually how this would transpire and this is why Kid does not have an obvious pairing in the story.

Well, bumping this thread to say that chapter 89 is out and here's what happened and my thoughts on it.

Well, Kid is going to go after the Kishin in the moon, because that's where Maka found him via soul perception, though it was suppose to be used to find Chrona, which the results was rather inconclusive.

Loved how Kid and Soul fist bumped as one of those minor enjoyments. Was an interesting chapter that was going somewhere, too bad, we have to wait another month for this cliffhanger to be resolved.

BUMPING THIS THREAD WITH LIFE!

So the manga is most likely in it's final arc. I'll be sad to see it go, but I'll still hope for a new anime series somewhere down the line. I'd love to see some of the manga scenes animated that the anime stopped before. Baba Yaga Castle anyone?

Yes I would definitely want a Soul Eater: Brotherhood, or something like that. They're really going all out with the action in the final arc.

The anime ended a long time ago. I didn't like how it ended because we never get to see Mika's mother that really disappointed me
