As a proud representative of the hard liners, I've been kittening about Naruto since the end of the Pain Arc. I've been Anti-Hinata, Anti- Sasuke, ant-SS, anti-NH, and anti- SN for a long time and a member of all the fanclubs on NF. I was a poster over at NF since 2009, and once tried starting an anti Kishimoto fan club there. So this "ending" isn't what turned me against this story, the story telling is what turned me against this story. This ending just further confirmed how bad of a creator this man is.

 

I held out some hope after that MK NS parallels, that maybe Kishimoto had got his groove back and was once again going to start writing a good story like he did during the early days of part 2... but it was not to be.  This is not a good story, and it should always be described as a bad story.

I could have lived with NH happening had it had the proper character development. NS was just too good of a story. But what really bruned my ass bad was this kitten right here...Like really? Everything he did, all the lives he ruined. Just for Kakashi to let him walk away scott free of it all? I really did expect him to die in the end. The death of the final uchiha to wash away all the sin in the world from his clan something like sacrificing himself to save naruto and just apologizing about it all Kishis all about his tragic stories why couldnt this one play out? Naruto promised he would bring back sasuske back, I was hoping it would be him in a casket.

 

But now Kishis Golden boy just had to get away with it all.

I honestly don't ever believe what comes out of his mouth(or from somebody who is talking about what he "he told him/her"), because he's either contradicting himself or saying start up horse kitten. If you pay attention to all of the interviews after the ending, you'll start to notice how they contradict each other.

I want to put a highlight on this. 

 

Here's a challenger: Read all of Masashi Kishimoto's interviews from the beginning of Part 2 till the ending. If you really want to go that far, read Part 1 interviews as well. 

 

Compare Part 1+2 interviews with his interviews from the end. 

 

The results of outright contradictions will be outstanding.

Kishimoto is often full of kitten but it doesn't change the fact Sakura isn't very popular in Japan. She didn't make top 10 in popularity polls twice and barely made it a couple other times, scoring 9th or 10th. For a main character it's pretty terrible.

 

Recently there was also a poll published in Animage, Japan's first mainstream anime magazine (that's where Miyazaki's masterpiece Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind was published) that asked male and female Naruto readers which characters they liked and hated the most. Sakura topped the most hated polls for men and women alike.

I don't know who this ramen guy is, but I popped the chomanga link into both Google's and Bing's translators.

 

Both translations do say that, yes, Sakura is #1 hated character by both Japanese men and women between ages 10-20. And yes, there are some that agree, while others complain about the results in the comment section below. But overall, this does, in fact, look like a real thing, so I would say this ramen person isn't as correct as you believe.

 

What's interesting is that guys love Hinata and the girls love Naruto, but in the hate catagory, they're both number 2 opposite genders. And even more interesting is that Sasuke is number four for the women beloved, but ALSO number five for hated as well.

I really despise quitting on your first concept or whatever on a character and I don't mean on the pairing perspective. Just in general. I can understand in live action series like that actor/actress may have quit or whatever, so real life came to effect the series. Here, it's art written and drawn by you. Get to it. Don't quit. Isn't this what you want in your vision?

If he was ready to make her work, then it's understandable. Instead, he really go all the way with her and just make her weak as always. Plus, he took too long as well.

Yeah, totally. He could have pulled it off, it could have worked, but he's not that good a writer, and he obviously didn't think it through. He chooses to do things the complicated way and creates resolutions that aren't congruent with the path to them (i.e. the outcomes are way too simple).

I think that's just a Minority poll.

Tenten more popular than Shikamaru among men ? Mabye they voted for her because they like her new design.

As for Hinata, I'm not surprised....
