We already discussed this , it was taken from a fanart by Kwon based on that interview from Kishi about drawing Naruto as father so false alarm sorry  :P .

 

 

But neither was DB2. 

Don't know about DB2 being released in USA but I'm pretty sure that it was said that  DB1 wasn't done by Kishi might be wrong tough  .

confirmed what? I only knew that some stats would be included in this fanbook, just that. Otherwise it wouldn't habe been called as "fanbook" but "databook". You have been mislead. You will see only elemental affinities in this new fanbook.

 

Fanbooks don't include jutsu listings, character profiles, explicative information about the mechanics of techniques, rankings, or any technical information that's generally associated with Databooks. By your logic, every other translator that has analysed the language characters, including the conspicuous 4 in part of what appears to be a title, is wrong. Again, I'll trust the consensus of various translators over a lone wolf.

Yes, it was. Like Kster said, DB2 also wasn't released in the US. They've been released in other countries, though.

Really ? Bc there were people saying that it was done by someone else from the company false info I guess .
