the preview lasted only 30min and it was about NH plot and a few of Sasuke and Kakashi. So it's normal the leak spoiler couldn't have any hints about SS or Gaara, etc..

Just a kind reminder:

 

 

Do not forget that we have an official date in Weekly Shonen Jump that says that the date Naruto fell in love with Sakura is April 3rd! The same month Sakura has a calendar on (where her manga panel when it's mentioned how her feelings for Sasuke have changed is used), the same season the new manga starts together with the same season Naruto and Sakura are featured on that poster!

 

This should tell you enough about that so-called NH ending. ;)

Its highly likely that it was just random. I don't think we should be taking something like this as a hint. And I guess January has Naruto, February has Kakashi/Hinata, March has Sasuke perhaps..? So Sakura got April. 

 

 

Why would Kishi remember an old tidbit of information like that when he can't even properly resolve or address more recent developments like Tenten acquiring the sage tools or Sasuke playing an integral role in Madara's reformation because of his likeness to the sibling?

I think SasuNaru cared too, just as much (if not more) as/than Narusaku. They were both "practically" canon until after 698.

Sakura was pleasantly cheering on Hinata to send her thoughts to Naruto.

I cannot find it because anymore but I know that I've seen it in this thread before but apparently Sakura said to Hinata that the love that Hiinata has for Naruto is similar to the one she has for Sasuke
