Guys i hate to says this but at 645 i think we lost the MinaKushi parallel
somebody can point me wrong?
Naruto and Kushina are similar, their similarities have been noted by Tsunade, and by Naruto and Kushina themselves, but similarities between characters are NOT the same as parallels. Also, let's not ignore a few things, Naruto and Sakura are extremely similar personality-wise, and Minato has been shown to be extremely silly and flashy, just like Naruto and Kushina. All four of these characters are similar, so now the MK-HN parallel that some fans have invented is even more absurd (it was always absurd, because parallels that fans create are invalid, the only parallels that matter are those that Kishimoto creates, emphasizes, and addresses). Kishimoto uses parallelism as a tool to forshadow certain events to the audience, in fact most of the audience states parallels incorrectly. All the parallels are based off of team 7, team 7 doesn't parallel team Sarutobi, rather team Sarutobi parallels team 7. In the same way, NS doesn't parallel MK, but MK parallels NS.
I'm lazy, and I know I've posted this in here many times, but I don't want to re-type that post over again, so if you are interested as to why NS will never lose the MK parallel, read this (I know I've spammed that a lot, I apologize, I'm just way to lazy to type all that up over and over and over again). That's not to say that NS will undoubtadly become canon, after all Kishi could troll us all and have the Shinobi World destroyed by an asteroid if he wanted to, but MK parallels NS. That's it, end of story, confirmed. Anyone who tries to claim otherwise doesn't understand how parallelism works as a literary tool (for instance, they simply don't understand the difference between the parallels Kishi has inserted into his story vs. the parallels they try to find because they're desperate), is afraid because of the confirmed parallel and is grasping, or in some cases (like in the insistence that the NS-MK parallel is invalid, and that NH parallele KM, and the argument that that's even a valid claim in any way, shape or form) it could be a sign that one might need to (re)take a MS literature class (not very surprising, sadly the average reading level in the US is about 7th Grade...sigh).
540 didn't just show Sakura's lingering feelings for Sasuke, Kishi for some reason included her negative opinion of him too. He could've exluded the "good guy" part and just confirmed her love. Then you have 631, her not trusting him at all and he just showed up without doing anything suspiscious. Don't even get me started on 635.
How he chooses to represent SS, must be terrible being a fan of the pairing nowadays..
It's always pointed out that SS in part 2 was terrible, but SS in part 1 was not much better. Sakura objectified him, she wasn't OK with being his friendship, Sakura felt that she had to be someone else to impress him (which I find hilarious because the real Sakura probably would have had a better chance with him), Sakura had a fundemental misunderstanding of him, and Sasuke was continuously rude to her, belittled her (even when she wasn't objectifying him). There were some OK/good moments between them, like when Sasuke helped her feel better right before the chuunin exams, when Sakura forgot her crush for him and berated him, but overall even in part 1 the potential relationship of SS was written as if it would be an unhealthy one.
