Whoo, a NaruSaku fic update!

Hoku, Arashi mentioned a translator from Shin-Otaku who is a huge NaruSaku fan. Her name is Kidd, and she's a nice lady judging from the few posts I've seen of her.

The raws have been good to us. They have been coming quite early these days!

You know what the beautiful thing would be? IF NaruSaku becomes canon, you can see posters and merchandise being pumped out on Ebay...

I'm a lot calmer today. Right now I'm downloading AH 104 on bittorrent, but I'm a little disappointed there's no Inane manga yet! Hopefully soon. There was a lot of text in 235 anyway.

Already a couple of Sakura bashers have started moaning about the next chapter featuring her and Naruto. One of them is a well-known Hinata fanboy we've tangled with a few times in pairings threads. We ALL know who he would prefer to be at Naruto's bedside...

I hopes Inane is done. Me and my Japanese dictionary have been tearing at the raw for some hours now and all I've gotten out of it is "Sasuke", "everyone", "Shikamaru" and a headache. >.<

hehe, I know what you mean! I can get the basic hiragana and katakana, but I can't find any good kanji references!

So I usually look at the expressions and actions to get the feel of the story. I still do that when reading the Inane version - there is a reason manga has pictures! *shakes fist at the dolts who only pay attention to the words*

Kishimoto is so GOOD at drawing emotions, isn't he? His style has become really incredible and realistic. I mean, you can tell how Kakashi is feeling by just looking at his one visible eye!

They say you should base your anime style off a master you like before branching off and finding your own signature styles. I know who I would base mine off of. Even Kishi did it that way with Toriyama and "Akira".

right right! I still cry everytime I see Tsunade and her "Only this feeling will not decay" pic.
Kishimoto is excellent at figure drawing too. Look at how he draws women, so A-typical for a manga artist. They're not thin with plushie boobs (lol, Tsunade excluded from that latter part of that sentence.) they have mass.

Yeah, I agree. I think Kishi draws women fantastically well. At first, they weren't as "cute" as he had hoped (Sakura's first appearances looked very different) but he has improved very dramatically! I really prefer how he draws them these days because they're not horribly stereotyped.

I actually feel very emotional on quite a few parts of the manga. That goes to show it's a great story. One of my favourite parts is when Tsunade is defending Naruto from Oro!

And of course, when she smacks Oro back and tells him "Because now... I am the Fifth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf!"

There's a thread over at Narutomania that was talking about how Tsunade and Sakura look quite alike! They even got a screenshot of Tsunade and coloured her hair pink and eyes green!

If Sakura becomes the asskicker we hope she will be, I will probably buy a ticket to Japan and kiss Kishimoto.
