Oh wow, I didn't catch it until I saw a still shot, but bolt is wearing both Naruto's jacket and Sasuke's scratched out headband.

That most likely means Sasuke ditching the village and at one point wanting to destroy it gets swept under the rug.

He's about to be jack of all trades.

Delusional I guess, but then again they thougt the NH relationship was a two way street for 15 years so can't say I'm surprised.

 

Well one thing this trailer proves is that Naruto really was a talentless individual. His son has already mastered the Shadow Clone Jutsu before graduating and managed to combine the Rasengan with the Chidori within a year of graduating, something that took him hundred of clones worth of memories to do, and even then could not do complete it until he mastered the Sage technique.

 

So if Bolt is tried to be sold as a knockoff of Naruto they are doing a bad job, as he apparently managed to do something neither his own grandfather and Kakashi managed.

 

Having an effective teacher and advanced starting point with the groundwork already laid out for you isn't the same as starting from scratch, which is what Naruto had to do in combining his element with the Rasengan. Kakashi probably has some understanding of the general concept as well since he spent years attempting to combine the two. And has the male spawn actually created any more clones than just one or several? Naruto mastered not only the regular Shadow Clone technique, but the mass clone version as well in just one night. Naruto was only 13 when he acquired the Rasengan, and on top of that, he learned to summon boss sized toads as well; all in the span of 1 year following his own graduation from the academy. 

 

The male's spawns predecessors were pioneers. He's merely trudging along after them in one form or another while having less advantages in a pampered lifestyle with no real world experience.

What the hell happened to Naruto? He looks nothing like Naruto seriously take away the whiskers and you won't even know who the hell that is. And Sasuke seems that finally decided to embrace his emo side.

Screw Bolt and this movie. He is just a boy who has daddy issues since he hates his life and regrets marrying Hinata. I am ready to see this story end already because it is a joke. SS is a shame from the beginning and NH is a joke. Even the japanese fans believe it as well. I really hope that the fandoms are happy with what they got. They have earned the crappy story that has been foretold.

I saw the trailer, and the first thing I thought about was how The Last tried to get people to watch it by spamming Kakashi and Sasuke every chance they had, like if they  were going to be main figures in the movie. Then it comes out and we learn that it was a lie. I sense the same thing happening with this movie. Every freaking Naruto character is in there. I mean even Gaara and the other Kages!? It's like come and see this, your favorite characters are in here, we promise we'll please everyone by doing this!!! I'm sorry but already I can see this movie being a big huge mess, that's going to be rushed, and all the characters we see in the trailer will be on screen for a few seconds. It's incredible that Sp actually has the gall to do this, especially since the last movie was called....um The Last, but it's not, because money.

 

I mean I guess this movie wouldn't leave such a bad taste in my mouth if I liked Bolt, but I don't. He's whole character is disappointing, and I've come to realize that when it comes down to it that's why I don't like him. He's whole daddy complex doesn't fit who I thought Naruto's son would be. I know now that even if he was a NaruSaku child I wouldn't like him either. To add onto that I like Salad a hell of a lot more then I do Bolt, and never ever in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be more intrigued by Sasuke's daughter then Naruto's son. Salad has daddy issues too, but she's not a brat, she's dealing with really big important issues, like not even knowing who the hell her real mother is, and why someone else had to raise her. While Bolt throws fits because his dad won't spend time with him so he takes it out on his sister who is apparently freaking invisible. Like what was the point of giving Naruto a daughter if we're never going to see her?

Seriously though, poor himawari she doesn't deserve that. First she gets little to no panel time like her mom, seems to be irrelevant to the whole story/plot, she is overshadowed by her brother Bolt who is a spoiled brat, and THEN she gets her cake thrown on the ground on her birthday. She has more reasons to be angry and rebellious than bolt at this point. lol

 

Also why do they keep showing Sasuke missing an arm and then in the trailer we see Sasuke rescuing Bolt and he clearly has two arms...

To mislead the fans who want him to have two arms, of course!  But no, I'm serious - at the beginning of Gaiden, we all wondered if he's still one-armed or not thanks to his stupid cloak, didn't we? I guess this is what Kishi calls a "mystery" now lol.

Sasuke sword point at borutos neck. Sasuke has a hobby to point his sword to anyone.

I didn't even notice that before. I guess it's because that's actually a mash-up of two separate promo pictures - one with adults and one with kids, and somebody just didn't quite think it through...    I mean, I remember seeing them being separate images in one of the promo booklets or something?
