I'm not calling you mentally challenged, please don't misunderstand and jump to those conclusions. But you're really just making people believe there is going to be NS and that this ending was somehow a NS message which is just.... What will you do when the last movie comes out and there's no NS in it? We've had our hearts broken once, I don't think going through that again is a good idea. I've seen people become depressed and suicidal because of the ending but they somehow got over it. Having them go through it again because, apparently, there's NS in the movie? I really, really believe what you're doing is dangerous.

Wow, this escalated quickly.

 

Chatte, please don't delete this thread.  Of course there are people, even some former NaruSaku fans, who are going to disagree with the theory you're putting together.  And we will not know who was right or wrong until the movie comes out.  But this isn't just about NaruSaku to me - this is about making sense out of the WTF pile of a chapter that we got in 700.

 

I've said it other places, but I'm fine with 699.  I interpreted it as Sasuke's final rejection of Sakura.  It's 700 that is waaaaaaaay too dream like to be what it appears to be, and that's why it's fine to poke it and stretch it and play with it and mash it into different shapes to try to make sense of it.

 

That's what I felt Chatte was doing with her theory.  It's basic literary criticism.  If you ever take a literature class in university, you'll be asked to do this with classic works of fiction.  Heck, I had to do it with Shakespeare's plays!

you can disagree with parts of her theory and showing why you do. However all you did was come in here and tell her to accept the ending and move on....That's disgusting

Gosh this is getting out of hand. seriously, to those that doesn't believe in what the people here are trying to do then just leave, that's it. Like Chatte and so many other here had already said, we all know that the end might be as what everyone believe it is, the people here are just trying to see if there are something else that we overlooked.

 

Chatte, you're doing great, I know it's hard but I and a lot of people beleive in you. I wish I could be more help but all the things that I see people already seen it. All I can give you and the people that are working on the theory is my support and encouragement

Tumblr is garbage so it doesn't surprise me that people can say such things to an innocent person. I'm sorry for chatte. Wtf is wrong with those people?

I was extremely disappointed with the way the manga ended. Whether I choose to believe in Chatte's theory or not won't really make a difference. If it turns out that this movie is indeed just one big retcon in order to make NH and SS look more credible, I know I will be disappointed all over again.

 

I will say that I am still on the fence about this theory, but regardless I am still interested in hearing what Chatte and others have to say and therefore I support their right to say it without having to deal with too much negativity. I understand why people are skeptical, but this is not what this thread is about.

why go so far as to tell her to move on if she or others still see hope in this theory? That's the part that disgusts me. Dont force her or anyone to just accept your view like that if they dont want to. The funny thing is that she hasn't even posted the theory yet. Yoy just came in here saying things we've already heard. This isn't a debate thread. It's chattes theory thread and we are just helping her and trying to understand where she might go with it. The thing is, AzureWaters, she's stated that this thread is for people who wants to know about her theories only. I just don't understand why you're here when it's clear you don't agree with her believing there's something off about the last two chapters of the manga. Yes, you can voice out your opinion but Chatte has already said this thread doesn't need any pessimism. Yes, you might have accepted reality. We might be blind, but just let us be. Is it so hard to do that?
