Harry and Ginny was a pairing with no development and it feels like Rowling was out of options or maybe she made the pairing for the sake that "Harry is the protagonist and he needs a girlfriend" you can clearly see that before getting together they had rarely said a word to each other in both books and movies. This is why the majority of the fandom believes NH will be canon, they think Kishi will pull a Rowling.

 

I read the books before I watched the movie, it always struck me as odd how Harry noticed Ginny, she was the first person who wished him well that part was even left in the movies, when she was running after the train again Harry noticed her, in the second book when he went to visit the Weasleys the first time, a point was made about Harry noticing her big brown eyes, and at that point we didn't even know what colour eyes Ron had. Ginny was not part of the trio so her involvement would have to be minimal, So JKR left in subtle hints throughtout the books that made it clear who Harry would end up with. Harry and Hermione had no romantic chemistry at all in the books, the films on the other hand was different, because Danial Radcliffe and Emma Watson actually had some good chemistry between them. JKR always set out to make them two siblings, and throughout the books it was all I felt was the case, Hermione was never jealous of Harry persuing Cho, or Ginny, and same with Harry and her going to the Yule Ball with Victor, even when he saw her dressed up, he complimented her on her looks yet showed no signs of being remotely attracted.

 

I personally always found the Harry/Hermione fandom disturbing, for me it was incest plain and simple, and this was years before they actually admitted to them being like siblings in the books, I've come to find the pairing more bareable now but for years the mere thought made me feel quisy.

 

I find it funny that NH fans would think H/G actualy supports N/H, when Ginny is pretty much what Sakura is, Sakura has hair that stands out like Naruto's mother, is book smart like Narutos father and has the temper similar to Naruto's mother, Ginny has bright red hair like Harry's mother, has the pranking side similar to his father and has the temper similar to his mother. For me Harry/Ginny was more like Naruto/Sakura, two that were similar yet completely opposite to each other.

 

Edit: I will admit though I never really liked Hermione\Ron pairing much, he was too much of a git that really needed to be dropped as a friend in book four, and she was too bossy and controlling, and honestly was too Mary Sue at times with her abilities. I'll be honest I disliked both of them in certain parts of the book, Ron more so than hermione, but she annoyed me plenty as well, and probably would not have liked her being paired with Harry.

Ginny was one of my favourite charactors after Harry, the Twins, and Hedwig, she didn't get many lines but the Ron, and the Twins painted a picture of a mischievous girl with a fiery temper, it was pretty much the same impression I had of Kushina before it was revealed to be the case.

But anyway, what the point with Naruto? Naruto and Harry Potter have nothing in common, it's not the same story, not the same characters, not the same authors, not the same culture, not the same country, there is no inspiration from HP in Naruto.

Kishi already stated the movies that have inspired him, I think he said Star Wars and How to train your dragon, not very sure, but I'm sure that there was no inspiration from HP.

So why would we care if NH fans claim NH and HG are alike? Let it be, it has no relevance to the story, rather NH and HG are indeed alike or not.  

It's just ridiculous from them to search some similarity in a movie that has nothing to do with this manga.

Yeah, but it was like perhaps 5 books too late. I don't know. I didn't feel it.

actually yeah it was developed, don't you remember in the last 3 books where they would basically be living together at times and getting close xD them getting together was actually hinted like crazy xD i mean remember when they were with the order of the phoenix? or the few times when they were hiding out at ron's house, etc? xD talk about being bold with the pairings having them live together to get close lol

 

also, i would say not to compare the books to the movies, especially deathly hallows since even with the movie in several parts they didn't cover over half of the book....i mean where's the giant spider, why was most of the hogwarts battle left out, etc, they left out a bunch of stuff, as with every single one of the movies xD the movies were kinda rushed. and yes there was plenty of stuff left out relating to harryxginny too xD

 

as for kaguya being the juubi, i don't think so, wasn't it already explained that the tree turned into the juubi when the fruit was stolen by kaguya? 0.0

yeah i see what you mean, why would it take that long to attack 0.0....unless maybe the fruit corrupted kaguya  early on and then she controlled the juubi? 0.0 i don't know, i honestly don't know what to expect anymore, i didn't even see the kaguya part coming so...xD  either that or she became the juubi's jinchuriki and tried to conquer the world using it and the infinite tsukiyomi and was basically unstoppable except to her own family? like i said idk xD

Does it even have a mind of its own? You know, I don't even think all of them will get redeemed. There's a seal tool for a reason. It's basically saying, "Well fine! Don't want to learn? Get sealed for eternal!!!"

I don't see any problem with comparing it as a fan comparing two works but I don't see the point in believing that HP could influence Naruto's ending. I know that it's not what you were saying, but I'm talking about NH fans who believe that NH being similar to HG gives more chances to NH happening, because I already saw this kind of NH arguments with my own eyes.  

And to me, even with the similarities you said, I don't see thoses 2 films as very similar. To me there are very different. But that's my opinion. 

About HTYD, it was in an interview in which Kishi was saying which works inspired him and I'm sure about SW but for HTYD, I don't remember if it was in the same interview, or if it was in another in which he was saying it's one of his favorite films. 
But I will stop there with this HP topic since I'm not very fond of HP.
