I know it's a cliche, but I hope it happens. Dunno, I don't wanna see Shika die!!

For me it removes whatever emotional impact this moment is supposed to have, I don't like cheap deaths, dead peomle should remain dead or don't kill them in the first place.

He's the last rookie I wanna see dying, but Kishi can't resurrect people all the time. Someone has to die for real. Too bad it's Shikamaru, 'coz he's like my fave character besides Naruto.

Dying= agonizing =present continuous time. Yes, injured , but still alive or barely . On the way to the other world.

@rocci : it means hes not dead yet, but he's going to be dead.

If you were referring to my translation sorry i did it in a rush. chinese text says shikamaru's motionless, so i just translated it as he's down.

Well, not to be a kitten, I like them, especially Tenten but it's not like Kishi involved too much development so you can't quite expect people to "bond" that much over them, you know?

I second this , man .. its so unfair , Shino could've had a bigger role , but no its too much apparently...  TenTen is a beast too .. But instead we give that role tooooooo.. yeah..

Kishi is to blame. He barley gave them any development... Not that I wouldn't be sad, but it wouldn't impact me as much as Shika dying (or Lee). Kishi should have given equal development to all the members of both team 8 and team 10. But he decided to put only few of them in the spotlight... giving them nice backgrounds and therefore making them more lovable than others.

That looks almost exactly like the panel where Orochimaru and his group were arriving to help Tsunade's group. It'll be interesting to see how everyone reacts to Orochimaru appearing and fighting beside them, especially Naruto. He hasn't seen Orochimaru since the Sasuke and Sai arc when they were still mortal enemies. I wonder if there's enmity left in his heart for what that man did to Sasuke. He is one of the original instigators for Sasuke's corruption and he did attempt to murder Naruto back in P1.

Everything I didn't want to happen is happening in just one chapter, glad my expectations are low to begin with. Still if rinne tensei happens later down the road I will break my boyfriend's neck.
